I visited with my husband & Daughter and her husband . The manager Jonathan and Jennifer were wonderful!!!!! They were very accommodating and helpful to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed ourselves. The resort itself is beautiful and quiet. I would recommend this resort to all. Thank Jonathan again for being so wonderful and helpful with our stay. Hope to see you guys on my next trip. : ) Thank you guys sooooo much!
Stayed here back in October. The dog in the unit above us barked from 7 am until 11 pm every day. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. They sent security to knock on the door but of course the people weren’t there. We requested the fire pit to be lit and it couldn’t be because the maintenance person didn’t have the tool to light it. They refused to light the big one for us because it’s only for “activities”. I have requested a manager to call me 4 times and no one has called. If you want to actually get some sleep without a dog waking you up every morning, or relax in the hot tub without listening to a dog bark for hours don’t stay here.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have stayed here several times, always in the same unit, this year thank you to Diego at the front desk. The grounds are beautiful and serene. There are many activities. I am disabled, currently in a wheelchair, so I couldn't participate. Much laughter filled the air. Definitely a great place to stay.????
From booking the reservation to checking out, everything was great. Friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. The suite was clean and updated. Everything we would need and more was in the suite. Beautiful grounds and amenities.
I stayed for one week. Check-in was fast and easy. Security was observed and propped. The 2 bedroom villa N-310 was immaculate and updated. The employees from maintenance to management smiled waved and were respectful. I vacation 4-6 times a year and you don't want to pass this one by.
This is the third Westgate I’ve stayed at in Orlando and they never disappoint!! This condo style hotel room was extremely updated, cozy, and clean. When it comes to vacationing in Orlando I will never pass up the opportunity to stay at a Westgate.

If it’s too good to be true….it probably is.
But when you are trying to stretch your budget, to give your kids the best you can, 3 days at a nice hotel for $99 bucks lets you get carried away.
These people are there jumping up and down as they leave you broke, with your @$$ higher and drier than the Pirates of the Carribean at Disney.
Be forewarned that Florida has traditionally been government of right-winged extremism. Prompting a structure where business can thrive, by it being a dirty business, is right up the alley of a Republican Governor, Senate, House, and Supreme Court. They certainly aren’t about to bring meaningful reform to the horrors that Westgate and the rest of the timeshare industry commit day-in and day-out.
My bf and I recently stayed here to celebrate my birthday in Orlando. After looking at several other places to stay at, I’m glad we ultimately decided to stay at Westgate leisure resort. Diego greeted us when we checked in and he was super friendly and made the check in process a breeze, he also put us in the most perfect room. During our stay, the grounds were quiet and peaceful, beautiful landscaping as well.
We did have an issue using the room service, which is a third party called “order inn”. We ordered over $100 worth of food, and we never received it. After calling numerous times, they told us the food was delivered to the lobby, which wasn’t true since the lobby was closed and we even walked there to see. I do not recommend ordering from order inn, it’s easier to just use Uber eats.
With that being said, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen is great. The only issue I had was that the lamps and nightstands next to the bed, were very dusty, other then that we really enjoyed our stay and next time we are in Orlando we will stay here again.
