Amazing Experience. Food is great, service is the best, and concerts are great. Best place in Vegas. I highly recommend staying here or at least dine and come see a show. If your go to a concert, look for Joseph B. Best host there. Upgraded our seats and put us in the 3rd Row fur a Kool and The Gang Show.
Rooms are clean, and comfortable. The hotel is close to the monorail which is the way to go if you don't want to drive to other destinations. This is a nice place to stay away from the strip. Great value for the price. The pool was very nice with a jacuzzi and bar service. We will stay here again.
overall the trip was good and the location of the hotel is nice, being near a couple of nice attractions. but I can’t shake the quality of the room itself, me and my family stayed in a double queen bed room, which had no microwave, an extremely basic amenity most hotels provide, which you have to spend 25 dollars a day to rent. as well as the drawers in our room not being able to stay closed and slowly sliding open constantly. and it was impossible to hook a PS5 to the TV, making the overall accessibility to most things pretty difficult.
Awesome show! Kids were great ???? see this show! You won't forget it!!! Really partied with the crowd! I think this is one of the best Vegas shows!!! Drinks are a little pricey but worth it- have to clean own tables but no big deal. We had a really great time with all our friends!
Price paid does not match the quality of these rooms. Resort fees cost almost as much as your room and they charge you separate when you check in at the counter.
The room is as minimalistic as it goes. No welcome water. No microwave (anywhere for guest, not even a shared one). If you buy water from the stores downstairs, it will cost you 7 dollars for a medium size bottle of water. Only 3 small bottles of body wash, conditioner and shampoo which arent replenished everyday.
The only saving grace (why it hasn't dropped to a 1 star) is it is somewhat clean and has a decent view out the window (dependent on which room you get). But absolute disappointment in terms of quality for price paid.
Reserved rooms well in advance, only to be told there were no available rooms upon arrival, then proceeded to try and upsell us a room, which was supposedly upgraded; was not impressed, bed and pillows were hard, no microwave to reheat food, room was uncomfortable- hot, ac was not working well. Not impressed by the so-called amenities either. The non-stop annoyance of staff trying to sell you a timeshare was not good. Classic bait and switch right off the bat, supposedly upgraded room was not impressive. If this first time experience is what's included in a timeshare, then I don't want any part of that. Maybe back in the days of Elvis, it might of been an impressive hotel!
Our room is pretty spacious. Bed is kind of hard. Even though it's supposedly a smoke-free hotel, our room has a stale smokey order. It's okay gorgeous an old hotel. Pool was really nice.
Went there for a presentation and the guy we met with was too busy to give us the time of day. But asked if we could meet the next day. We agreed but weren't treated well at all. Took calls while we were being shown around, didn't explain packages, just made us feel as though we didn't belong because we couldn't afford the place. While the place is amazing, I will not waste anymore time there.
