Both Chazz and Joseph I took really good care of us. We really found their knowledge of the resort and surrounding area helpful. Appreciate that the resort has golf carts to transport us. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. Thank you for making our early days at the resort flow so smoothly.
Sally in activities provided a lovely craft experience. She was fun, knowledgeable and engaging. Beautiful and patient interactions with all the young people.
Great stay and a great time. Our room was spacious and clean. Fast check-in, awesome staff as no one tries to sell you a timeshare. The gym upstairs was a real gym with an assigned staff member. Great hotel for morning, afternoon, and sunset walks that have sidewalks. My wife didn't want to leave but it wasn't her money. I hope she doesn't see this or we'll be back as I try to make up. Everything is close to food and shopping. Interstate 4 is in view for travel whichever way you decide to go. We'll be back for sure!
Manuel provided excellent service by assisting my family with our luggage during check-in at the hotel. He was very kind, professional, and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. His friendly attitude and efficiency left a great impression on us. We truly appreciate his help and highly recommend his service!
This place has beautiful views of the lake and pools. Absolutely gorgeous???? We had a small problem with the room at first but management quickly and kindly resolved it. Also it is such a spacious resort that i got a little lost trying to find our vehicle but Brian offered to drive us around to help us find it and he was kind for doing that. I really appreciate people that go out of their way to help others even if May it not be required of them. I can't wait to come back. ????????????
It was so much more than I expected the service was amazing and we had 2 of the Best members of the concierge team help us find our room and unload all of our things! They were so happy and up beat and friendly which as much as I travel, it rare to find and it was much needed. Thanks Brian and Alvroy for the Top Notch service.
Next note, the room was clean, beautiful and so inviting. And the bathtub was stunning. All 7 pools were pristine and warm. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back next year
Very nice resort with lots of amenities. Special thanks to Chris A for helping us get our grocery order all the way to our room on the far side of the property! And another thanks to Richard Bell for giving us a ride back from the main lobby later in the evening when it had gotten very chilly. All the employees we encountered were helpful and friendly. Might want to consider adding more bar staff when it's super crowded though as the wait and service there sometimes left a bit to be desired. Overall a great experience though. Absolutely huge resort...be prepared to walk quite a bit or always asking for golf cart rides.

Jacuzzi tubs are fabulous after a long day walking parks.
Was feeling a bit overwhelmed at size of resort. Didn't realize at first that i needed to request extra towels, coffee and ice (no ice machines) and they will be delivered to your room since you don't have maid service daily. I stopped by front desk asking what to do and this sweet woman, Anna Deere, helped me with everything I needed. Helped chill me out by reminding me that all I had to do was ask and people here are happy to help.
My son and I absolutely loved this place! We had an excellent sales rep who did a superb job at the timeshare meeting. He was understanding to me and my four year old son. Was very hospitable. This resort was so convenient and easy. So much to do and not far to go. The condos were awesome! Def would go back. I apologize but I cannot remember the man's name but he was Hispanic and very kind and thorough in his 50s early 60s
