Beautiful lake view. Check in was a little confusing dealing with the entry gate. Google was great for directions and took us right to the lobby. Units were super clean and like new. It was nice to have the elevator and we were surprised at how quiet the area was; we could hear the lake waves and water birds more than people.
We stayed with our dog and knew we'd be given a room designated for pets. The room was spacious and recently renovated but needed a deep cleaning. There was dog hair everywhere. My husband spent the first 15 minutes of our stay sweeping the entire unit. It was clear that dog hair had been swept under the furniture for weeks if not months. It was floating across the floor when we opened the doors. What's my non refundable pet fee for if they aren't going to do extra cleaning?? Just needed to be vacuumed. Furniture also had layer of dust in certain spots. Kitchen well appointed, but again, dust and crud in the corners. Location of resort was perfect. Space was good. Would have given 5 stars if it were cleaned to our liking.
Absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The screened in patio was just so peaceful and my favorite part. It's a little more secluded and about 10-15 minutes from Branson, but something we actually preferred for a more relaxing and scenic trip. Will definitely be back in the future!
We exchanged our Florida 2 bedroom and a loft Villa for Two- 1 bedroom Villas. We had 2 full kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens and 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds. It was spacious enough for our family of six. They were updated, clean and quiet. This resort is in a private residential area- Emerald Point.
It was our first time in Missouri, everyone was so friendly. We will definitely go back. Thanks Westgate! Next stop Westgate Painted Mountain Golf!
Positive: The view from our balcony was gorgeous. Our room was very nice and had a washer/dryer. Negative: Our room was not ready at check in. Two different ladies had no answers. Wouldn?t tell us an approximate time when it would be ready. We finally told them we would wait until available and this seemed to get things moving.
We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and convenient location of these condos. We had a lovely screened in porch overlooking Table Rock Lake on the top floor. Any issues or questions we had were quickly resolved by a responsive staff. Was nice to have full kitchen, washer/dryer.
The communication here is excellent. We arrived at midnight and the check-in was clearly communicated. Also the full kitchen made the late night snacks easy to manage. The dryer in the unit made it a lot easier to dry our swim clothes. Nice place I will come again.
I have some mixed feelings on our stay, the room was nice and spacious we had a lake view and loved the screened in patio. The bed was comfortable however there were some spot stains on the sheets and cover. The floor in the kitchen area had a few soft spots like the floor was becoming weak or had water damage and several of the cabinet door handles seemed… sticky? Shower was nice but the grout needs scrubbed badly. The people at the desk were very nice when helping us figure out how to get to the hotel from the front gates (definitely need some directional signs as it’s a gated community not just the resort). Our biggest complaint, our room had a shared door between the two which of course we kept locked but these were just hollow thin doors you could hear everything the loud family next door was doing as well as their wonderful yelling at one another and you could see their feet’s shadows under the door from the 2 inch gap between bottom of the door and floor.
These doors need to be exterior sealed doors so when people aren’t wanting to share their private space they don’t have to.
As far as location we were about 18 minutes from the Branson Landing.
