Really appreciate the customer service. However it would have been nice for the room to be fully stocked with more pots, pans, dishes, etc. I didnt like that there was no elevator but thankfully we only had to go up 1 flight of stairs. The area where Westgate is located is very busy. Overall ....a nice resort.
The rooms at Westgate Bluetree are updated and very clean and nice. The service is fantastic and they will come and help with any issues you have. The front desk staff is fantastic. The location is the best you can get, right close to Disney Springs and all the Parks. Its the BEST....
The rooms are so much better than a hotel. Full kitchen with washer/dryer in walk-in closet .Volleyball court, pool table, barbecue ,3 pools and two hot tubs 10 minute drive to Disney parks. Short walk or drive to grocery store/ liquor store, restaurants, dollar store and Disney t-shirts. Everything is clean ( bit older than some places) staff has good days and bad. I will be staying there again.
Within walking distance of a dollar store, 24/7 gas station, and plenty of food options. Close to main parks. Very friendly staff. Great pools. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in.
I usually stay at Orange lake but this time due to the location I stayed here to be closed to the amusement parks. My family and I won’t be staying again due to multiple reasons. From worst to last the roaches were in every pantry cabinet, the rooms seemed to never receive any service (beds,garbage, etc) the handles to the sliding door and main door were either not fully screwed in or did not close the door unless it was slammed shut, the ice machine/ washing machine was broken. We all moved to different rooms but still similar problems in each. The part of the resort we were staying in had the water shut off all day due to some issues with the pipeline.
Just finished a 2 week stay here. Before we arrived I seen some bad reviews about the resort. All I can say from our family stay, can't fault the place. It has out door heated pools which were open till 11pm. Nothing better than a swim after a day at the park. There was a shuttle service to Universal Studios left at 11.30am and returned at 7.20pm. These only took about 30mins so plenty of time at Universal Parks. Can't comment on Disney as we didn't go. The resort itself was spotless. Our apartment while slightly dated. Was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was cleaned once while we were there. So no complaints. The resort is a couple of minutes walk to a 24 Wawa for snacks etc. Same distance for restaurants and a 10min walk to a Winn Dixie's for a proper shop. Tip us a van and sign up for their reward card. Good discounts. We had a brilliant time in Blue Tree. Staff were helpful and friendly and the resort made our holiday memorable and enjoy. Brilliant time. Thank You
Great hotel conveniently located near Disney and Universal Studios with a courtesy shuttle that runs several times a day. Pools and gift shop are quaint. Hotel is also rated to withstand hurricane weather. Friends and I were there when Hurricane Milton hit and could barely hear the really strong winds outside.
Brilliant place. Apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. The staff were all pleasant and polite. The WiFi around the resort was great. We didn't do all the activities that the resort had to offer but the swimming pools were spot on. They ran a shuttle bus to various places which we used a couple of times which was good.
There were plenty of restaurants within a mile offering various different types of food.
The supermarket was within walking distance from our apartment and there is a gas station just round the corner and a 7Eleven not too far away. 1st time I've been to America and this resort was in a perfect location. It was 15 minutes in a car to universal and about the same to get to Disney's magic kingdom.
