I recently had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel with family for 1 night. The room was very clean. Only issue I had was a little cold in the room; I couldn’t turn the heat on and only had 1 option to turn the air conditioning system on or off.
The next morning we had continental breakfast at the hotel and it was good. The tables were clean and wait staff name Carlos was very nice and attentive as well.
Checkout process was a breeze as well. Mickey was the person who check me out and she was very nice and because of her personality I would come back here again. Overall it was a good experience for a quick overnight stay.
We stayed here recently for two nights. Nice rooms, very clean and accommodating. The hotel is in a remote location, so anything you might need is definitely done with a car, although there is a small "retail" space with food items and toiletries. Nice walking paths all around the hotel and even further if you wish. Staff was very kind and helpful. Dinner at Wellington's was not extraordinary, but certainly convenient. Our ONE complaint -- even though the hotel does not serve a complimentary breakfast, they could at least have self-serve coffee and tea available throughout the day. A few urns and fixings would be all it takes, and given the amount of business this hotel receives, it certainly would a welcome addition. Yes, there is a Starbucks on site (that is not always open) and there is a (very) small coffeemaker in the room, but a hotel of this caliber could and should be more accommodating to its guests with this minimal addition.
Immaculate...Amazing, ...Rooms, Dining, Bedding, just wonderful environment overall. 10/10...and the staff...wow...From front desk to housekeeping to service in restaurant...Lovely place for a respite, wedding party, or holiday stay to visit family(our reason). Will stay and share for others to stay there. With Son & daughter for Thanksgiving visit.

Beautiful property, but the front desk is questionable. I had a lovely agent assist me with my check in, I later came back in to get some assistance to get my card and Selen was horrible, not only she look like she didn’t want to be there, she called my wife dumb because she couldn’t properly explain the situation. I tried to speak to a manager and she stated she was the manager and gave us a condescending look. Will never be staying here again. I really hope global hotels takes notice of this.
A very nice hotel and conference facility. It is unfortunate that there are no other businesses close by. You are stuck with the hotel food which is not good. The restaurant in unimaginative and not really able to serve the public well. I went in during the afternoon. The sign said seat yourself and I sat for 20 minutes before giving up. I found out the restaurant was closed but the staff did not feel it was their job to tell me. Later, when open I ordered a simple hamburger -- medium. It came to my table less than rare. It was replaced with one that was well done. The catered food for my conference was disappointing. It is a good thing that the conference hired food trucks. Don't come hungry.
I came here for a 2 day business trip. The building is very beautiful and the staff is very nice and professional. The room seems very clean, except the coffee machine was dirty so I didn’t use it. My only complaint is that the walls seem to be paper thin. I can hear people talking next door to me, I can hear TVs from other rooms, toilets flushing, people in the hall ways and doors slamming. Overall, it’s a nice place… if they could just do some soundproofing
Full service Marriott but they have no staff at night available to bring extra blankets even for my handicap cousin. Valet parking doesn’t actually park your car. They make you park your car up front and hand them the key to hold. But beautiful hotel with nice workout room, Starbucks in the lobby, and very helpful apologetic management worked hard to make things right.
I honestly hadn't heard of this hotel, but stayed here for a work meeting. The rooms were clean and the hotel located in a pretty convenient area. Our main gathering was in the auditorium, which was accommodating, but the seats are at a slight incline and very uncomfortable. All in all, it was a nice hotel.
