The staff at this facility were amazing. Karen Henderson, PA was the provider that I saw, and she was thorough and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this facility.
Okay your sign said Westfield urgent Care when I got there it said occupational. I asked when I walked in and they said we are urgent Care and we are occupational Care..The photos were not the building I went to the X-ray equipment is antiques. My x-rays of course were not conclusive !
Inside the photos were 100% different including folding chairs and old chairs. Unless work sent you there then don't go. I was stupid to stay when I walked in I knew I shouldn't and I did anyway. By the time I saw the X-ray equipment I had already paid and was in there. I was afraid my insurance company would have had a fit if I had left. Wow is one word for it. I am 68 and I was drawn in by photos of other locations. I almost missed the location because I was looking for the sun and the photos and the building. What's the point ? MONEY !

I came in due to I was having chest and stomach Pains. Dr. wrote it off as acid reflux and said I can't give you anything for pain. I never asked for anything for pain. I just need to know what is going on. Did not do any type of test or anything. Came in the room and gave that diagnosis and ask was there anything else as if he was rushing me out. I told him no because any Dr. that gives a diagnosis without checking anything mmm! I wanted to run out of there. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and found out I had a 90% artery blockage. So I'm glad I chose to go elsewhere
Place had an opening immediately when I booked online. They allowed us to wait outside. We were in and out very quickly. The covid testing station was a little intimidating as far as whether or not we were at a higher risk just being here.
Came in with my girlfriend who was experiencing pelvic pain during urination.
The process was not professional at all, was charged 150 before being seen. Which was supposed to pay for a culture test on the sample, doctor came in unexpectedly soon with no knowledge of the situation. Told doctor about symptoms but was dismissive. Definitely felt like a UTI but paid 150 just to be prescribed AZO and told she did not have a UTI despite pains.
I haven’t had a very good experience at this location. Receptionist seems a bit rude. It took us 40 min to be seen for the sports physical to be 2 min long. Doctor seemed very racist. Didn’t greet us at all felt like he didn’t even wanted to do his job that day. Save your money and go to a better place!
Really bad experience!!
I make my DOT test in this location and I come positive for drug.
All people that know me know very well I never use drugs.
And the lady working there have another sample in the table. I talk specific not confused my sample.
Only I know “I lost my job for this clinic “
