Western Trails has become my go to hospital for my sweet goats. I had an emergency one Sunday morning and they were the only vet to respond, and able to see me almost immediately. I drive an hour each way to visit but it's worth it for their care and expertise. The Doctors and staff are kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. I am so grateful to have found Western Trails ~ they will be my vet for years to come!
Western Trails is a great clinic. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Scheduling appointments has always been easy with reasonable wait times. They have been very helpful and caring any time we've had sick or injured pets. Even in these busy, hectic times with vet clinics overwhelmed by the increasing number of clients & patients, they still take the time to provide quality care to their patients. We are very thankful for them.
My dog was diagnosed with pyometra on 10/31, and I had to find a vet where they would be able to take her in and have her treated immediately. Every vet I called referred me to a different place; some were even rude over the phone, which does not help a worried owner. On one of my last calls, I was referred to Western Trails, and from the moment I called and asked if she could be treated immediately, I felt relief to know that someone could see my dog. When we got to the vet, she was given a room as soon as possible and was seen very fast. I had to leave her overnight, but I felt assured that she was in good hands and would be fine. Every question I had was answered in detail, which helped ease my nerves and help me understand with more depth how the procedure would go. She is now home and recovering. I am so thankful for this place and the willing staff and doctors♥️ Thank you for everything you do and everything that was done to make sure my baby is okay! Praying God blesses this establishment and everyone who works here ????
I took my oldest fur baby Miss Kitty in today because she had something wrong with her eye.
Staff here was absolutely amazing! So so kind and gentle with my kitty, they explained everything in detail and kept me well informed about everything. They are amazing here!
We have been going to Western Trails since my dog was a puppy over 13 years ago. The entire team is amazing and they have allowed me to spend very valuable time with my best friend for over 13 years
Update 10 months later:
Our wonderful 9 year old dog was getting close to death. The Dr. went through different possibilities, then prescribed antibiotics plus anti-inflammatory and pain medication. I was able to keep her fluids up thanks to Dr. Clark. Our dog has recovered after not eating for over a week. Thank you so very much.
Front office is considerate and polite.
Rebecca is excellent. She took the time to do it right; made us feel comfortable with her knowledge and caring attitude.
Dr. Clark is excellent. She asked really good questions and answered all of ours. Once again, we never felt rushed.
Our somewhat difficult dog was treated with respect and understanding. It is hard to imagine how the visit could have been any better.
I had an Emergency with one of my kitties late last week and couldn't get a hold of our regular vet. They returned my Emergency call with in minutes and met me down at the clinic after 9pm. They saved my kitties life and updated me regularly during his 2 day stay. After this interaction I will be changing all my animals to this clinic. Amazing experience!
I've always had the best experience here. My dog Snoop has been here plenty of times with porcupine quills. I tried to make an appointment for my dog Kiwi for a lipoma she scratched on something. Only to get the reaction of "she hasn't been here since 2022" (she hasn't had problems, shots are sold at Tractor supply) then the money $180 for urgent care, then I proceeded to make an appointment. Have to make a deposit to get an appointment. I told her, "I get paid on Wednesday can I pay then (I've always paid not any problems with paying but people's situations change, not asking for a handout, just an appointment)?" Apparently, they've turned to only a monetary business, nothing about my dog or concern for her safety... NOTHING...sad... I remember sitting after hours with the Vet in the back pulling out quills, always felt welcome & important. But, now it's all about the money. I get it everybody needs to make money but what happened to the compassion? Now only capitalism. I will no longer go there.
