First time here. It was recommended by my best friend, so we met there. The first good sign was that the parking lot was packed. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. I shared the KC for two with my brother. My friend had the fajitas for one.
We hadn't eaten at Western Skies in several years and were hungry for a good chicken fried steak... and Western Skies used to have one. We ordered two chicken fried steaks with baked potato to go.
When we picked it up, the tab was just under $45. When we got ready to eat it was complete disappointment. The steaks were jerky. It seemed like someone fried them 10 minutes too long. The baked potatoes were way overdone as well... almost hard as if they had been in the oven since the day before.
Needless to say, we won't eat here again. Very dissappointed. ????
Wonderful first experience! We had Sarah as our server, and she was amazing! She gave us extra napkins, chips, and salsa and refills when we ran out without having to call her over! Very good burgers!
Delicious food and such a calm, quiet atmosphere. I asked for a medium steak but got medium rare. I ate it like that because my waitress never came back. I ordered the veg supreme steak which is very misleading. I thought I was gonna get veggies with it but I didn't. Again couldn't ask the waitress about it because she never returned to my table.
I've only been here one time and it was delicious. Everything was good . I had heard by ear that it was a great place to eat and I finally decided to break my tight budget to try it out. I must say that word of mouth was right about the business. I really enjoyed it and would spend the extra dollar to eat here again sometime when I can better afford it. All accessible for wheelchairs and children. The service was great and it was cozy and relaxing. Good atmosphere of generous people. I would recommend it to all the steak lovers! Enjoy!

Honestly, I've had better cheese enchiladas. The rice was amazing. I wasn't a really big fan of this restaurant( my opinion) but it does seem to get really busy. The chicken strips were good and tender. Honestly I don't think I'll be going back for a second time.
