My husband overnights in Elk City, Oklahoma for his business. Whenever I can, I will drive down to meet him for dinner at Western Sizzlin. The steaks are very juicy and flavorful. They cook them four kinds of doneness. The BBQ is really good too. The sides are tasty too. There is something for everyone on the buffet. Priced at 11.99. You can also order from the menu.
Really good food stick-to-your-ribs home cooking & great variety. there were actually steaks on this buffet!!! Really, really good... Extremely tender & cooked to perfection. The only downside is that the restaurant has dated needs a lot of freshening up and cleaning but don't let that deter you...for the price & friendly service it's a great place to stop.

The food was very good. I had some of their mashed potatoes and mac & cheese: very good. There was lots of variety when it came to the food. The ice-cream was a bit sweet for my taste. The restaurant overall was very clean. There was a problem with one of the toilets in the women's restroom though & the restroom wasn't as clean as I would've hoped. Very nice place, though.
Good food and good service at a reasonable price
We had ants crawling on window seal and table and I had got some dessert and there was an aunt crawling in my plate! Very nice staff, our waitress was amazing! Food should have been fresh. If the food was fresh and we didn't sit by a bunch of ants I would have given a 5 star.
Very friendly staff, food is fresh & appropriate temperature. I'm disabled, staff is always willing to help me in any way. I love going to eat here because of the variety. The restaurant is always clean. Awesome dining experience
The only food we found to be edible were the mashed potatoes with cream gravy, fried okra, and the cinnamon rolls. Hands down this was the worst buffet I've ever been to. Most items were room temp. Steak was burnt on the outside, bloody inside. Pork chops had a strange flavor, pot roast was nasty. Fried chicken was dry.
The wait staff was quite friendly and attentive, I feel bad for them. We will never step through that door again.
Some waitresses are awesome about service AMD keeping drinks filled. Others are poor at it. Food is decent. When they serve steak on buffet ask for special cook as it is always med-rare on line.
