I’m not from around here so while we were visiting town we decided to try this restaurant! First upon arrive I noticed they don’t have the salad bar anymore like advertised, which was unfortunate. The hostess was super nice and welcoming! We looked over the tons of options on the menu before deciding to start with their loaded kettle chips. Those were super good and way better than I would’ve imagined! I highly recommend those. Now when our food came out we were confused. Firstly, the chicken wrap was some gross green wrap that wasn’t described on the menu, so I asked our server if I could have mine on toast instead. She agreed and brought me 1 piece of toast which I PAID for instead of politely exchanging that for me. Overall the food was less than and the service was not great. Aside from the one incident our server was just outright not kind and friendly. I will definitely never return and I wish I would’ve just left or asked for a refund instead of paying for this garbage.
We don't live local so we thought we would try this place. We got fried pickles, which were great, I got an 8oz steak medium baked potato, and 1 trip to the salad bar, my husband got the Salmon sweet potato fries and 1 trip to the salad bar, 1 daughter got a small cheese pizza, the other smash burger loaded baked potato and 1 trip to the salad bar. My husband's salmon was raw in the middle and my steak was over cooked. We sent them back and still paid $74. Even though neither of us ate anything but a small salad and some fried pickles. They didn't offer us anything to accompany their mistake on our food. They also up charges us $4 for my daughter's loaded baked potato, which consisted of burnt cheese butter and Sourcream!!! I mean really??? The waitress was great and she took my steak off and the husband's salmon and the ticket was still $74. We didn't even anything but fried pickles and a salad. We left the waitress a great tip but we will not be back as they do not understand the concept of customer service. The manager finally came over after I argued about the check being $85 and lowered our salads $6 a piece. But we paid $74 plus $22 tip almost $100 and all we ate was a salad and some fried pickles.
This was our first time at the restaurant. The store was dated but the service, food quality and price were on point. We had to put a shim under a table leg to make it level...so they need to work on that???? The food was hot and restrooms were clean which are important to us. Keep up the good work.

New York strip was cooked exactly to my order, steak fries were fresh and extremely tasty. Very happy with our server (especially because we sat outside on a very windy night!). Would recommend this place to anyone searching for a delicious steak in the area.
Very neat, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the service quick. My strip steak was excellent. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare. The potato was a little lacking. It had the feel of sitting around for a while. It was a little cool for my liking. I asked for butter and sour cream. I got sour cream but the whipped spread is a poor substitute for butter. The tea was great and cold. There was plenty of it and they were quick with refills.
I love Steak, in fact I live a carnivore lifestyle. I eat all kinds of steak and other meats. The service here was excellent, the environment outstanding. Restaurant was clean and seat were well.spaced out so it never seemed like there was a large amount of people dining. It sort of ends there, this steak house has so much on the menu it's hardly a steak house. It's more geared as American Cuisine, with that said... the steak was good but it didn't deliver the way you'd expect. When go here it looks great the ambiance is inviting and you feel like you are about to eat the best steak house food in middle TN. But what you get is "good", that's not bad, just don't expect to be wow'd. All in all we had a great time eating here, I just won't ever order steak. Maybe the quesadilla is what I'll have next time.
It was on a Friday Date Night that my girlfriend and I decided to go out to eat here and I did a Google search of restaurants w/ salad bar in Winchester. The restaurant was busy, as expected, we were seated fairly quick and the waitress was prompt about getting the drink order. Before ordering, we asked about a salad bar. The waitress told us that the salad bar left during Covid and hasn't since returned. She said the owners didn't see the value in offering that option in the future. Since this was the only reason we decided on this choice, we decided to seek other options, thanked the waitress for her time, and left. I don't have an opinion on the food, but didn't have any issues other than the improper listing on Google search.
Also, there were only 2 menu options for a salad, neither of which had the options we were looking for.
