This is first time in my life writing a review the experience was horrible my son was in pain we left in room for about two hours waiting for an X-ray she literally said there is one patient before us doing an X-ray. the nurse practitioner wasn’t professional she didn’t show any compassion. It was horrible experience
Horrible!!!!!
I went for abdominal pain and chest pain.
The Lpn had a little bit of an attitude at first.
But the doctor (or PA idk) (she was an older woman) she was the final boss.
She immediately had an attitude. She said it could be a uti. I explained to her why I didn’t think it was a uti and she just laughed at me . She dismissed my trouble breathing as anxiety. She then felt my belly which was painful on a certain time. She highly suggested to call squad . When they got here and asked what was going on. She said “a whole lot of nothing” . I Confronted her because she was the one telling to call and that my pain wasn’t nothing . She was speechless ????. The paramedics and I had a good laugh when we got in the ambulance. I found out that I have a very big kidney stone I’m passing. Never go here. Save your time and brain power .
I don't like this place, how the patients are treated it seems like they don't care about their jobs...
After being the first few people in the door we waited 40 mins to be seen??
If the staff is getting ready for the patients either they need to be there early getting ready for 7am or not open til 8am.
They’re more concerned with getting money instead of actually caring for the patient. Was dealing with Workmen’s Comp. and them and they just released me without being fully recovered. Feel like they’re just there for the paycheck and not they are to actually help fight against Workmen’s Comp. and actually get the help that you needed. Still not fully recovered can’t even run Or hike like I used to I used to be able to walk 20 miles on hiking trails that were dangerous classified level three long trails but now I can’t even walk that much and they’re releasing somebody. I hope they have a good conscience and I hope they get there just resort rewards at Workmen’s Comp. and this facility don’t go here the doctors only here for a paycheck and nothing more not caring enough to literally fight against Workmen’s Comp. to get the help you need.
Quick, easy, polite. Not sure why people are so critical in their reviews. Good experience and will return if needed in the future.
Everyone at the clinic was incredibly nice and helpful. Also the wait time was very short. The staff and the Nurse Practitioner I saw were all knowledgeable and helpful. This was one of the best urgent care clinics I’ve been to. Thank you.
Went here for a work related incident. I was only in the waiting room probably 15 minutes before they called me back for blood testing and vital signs. They explained what they were doing and why. I saw an RN and NP on my visit there.
Had a great experience getting my DOT physical here, pretty quick and very friendly staff. I believe my doctors name was Chris- super friendly. The nurses Karen and Meg were very helpful and quick as well.
