This was my first time there. I'm very impressed with the hospital! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Loved the cleanliness too. Back in the outpatient surgery area was a very good experience! They checked on me frequently and helped when I needed it. I highly recommend it! Thank you for the excellent support and help! And the chicken noodle soup you sent home with us was greatly appreciated, and very delicious!
I've had four surgeries at WRH, and I love the people and the processes at this hospital. But the Baroque funeral music playing in the parking lot and hallways went out of style in 1884. Clearly a few old board member thinks they are being "classy", but the results are just "extremely out of touch".
My first major health event requiring emergency care and a stay at the hospital.
Doctors, surgeon, nurses, and all other staff I came into contact, were great.
All were caring and focused on getting me well again. I am very greatful for the care and support I received.
After I returned home, I received a lovely get well recovery card from the staff that treated me.
I can say that my experience with Western Reserve Hospital exceeded my expectations.

This was my first mammogram and I kept putting it off because I've heard horror stories about how much it hurt. After this appointment I feel like a total ninny muggins. Rachel was phenomenal. She explained everything in great detail and put my fears at ease. And I was scared for absolutely nothing. It was a little uncomfortable, but it didn't hurt at all.

The best outpatient surgery ever. Everyone from the greeter and volunteer who took me where I needed to be, the nurses, the doctors and the people who monitored me after surgery to the aide who who wheeled me out when it was time to go home obviously enjoyed what they were doing. They were all friendly and interested in my comfort while giving the best possible care. I would highly recommend Western Reserve Hospital. (And the chicken noodle soup was delicious!)
I had a Hernia surgery scheduled for 9:30 today and it was done by Dr Chlysta.
It went amazing and I'm now home and feeling fine.
I know there is always a chance of infection or something like that.
I just gotta say my surgery went so well I don't even need pain medicine.
Also everyone there was amazing.
They really cared about my needs and explained everything.
They were extremely friendly and we joked around.
Everything went so well I feel like going back and getting another surgery.
They also gave me a take home container of chicken noodle soup and it was also very good.
I Thank all of you for the pleasant experience
