12-18-24. Highly recommend! Thumb laceration, 7 o’clock hour. Called ahead to make sure they could stitch or glue. Walked in, check in was quick. I was taken back within 5 minutes. Treated with in 10 minutes. First nurse that saw me was kinds and respectful, did vitals told me next steps. Doctor came in he was awesome. We chatted as he treated. It was like we were old buddies. Nurse that came in to give a shot was also very kind and respectful. Out the door! Great experience. 5 plus stars!
It was very quiet, font desk check in was pleasant and efficient. I was taken back to the exam room, vitals taken and asked questions. Within a few minutes the PA came in, listened to my lungs, went for a cxray and got results within minutes. Script sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way.Less than 1 hr. !!
I was concerned about the severe pain in my eye so I went to the clinic. I made an appointment online, which essentially holds your place in line, then when I got there, I was seen quickly, awesome communication by both the nurse and doctor. We discussed potential courses of treatment and I was out of there with a plan in less than an hour. It was the best experience I have ever had at a quick care clinic.
The nurse that took all our information up from was amazing . I asked for a female practitioner and they told me no problem. I was in the room in 5 minutes and assessed by another nurse. Then the female NP came in and diagnosed my medical problem and the entire visit was less than 45 mins. Everyone was very professional and kind . My medication was waiting at the pharmacy. Just an amazing staff! Thanks so much! You are all wonderful !
I had an excellent experience at wny immediate care. I was treated with respect and courtesy. And most importantly, my needs were handled efficiently and with knowledge and skill. I am a nurse myself so my standards are high. I was very happy with my care. P
I had to go to an urgent care today. In my 5:30 am delirium I booked for here instead of the usual. Well, I’m sure glad I did. I had such a great experience. I was seen before my appointment time and everyone was so compassionate. I will always choose WNY Immediate Care for now on! And the facility was super clean.
I went to the Orchard Park location right as soon as you walk thru the door your greeted with friendly receptionist. I felt very comfortable. The physicians assistant was knowledgeable and efficient. The assistant to the PA was friendly and did his job well. Thanks
I was able to get an appt right away and they took me soon after I got there. Excellent service all the way around. Listened and asked lots of questions to ensure what was prescribed would not interact with my other medications
