Had a great experience today. Made an appointment online. The waiting the waiting room wasn't to bad, the front desk receptionist was quick and got all my information and I waited a little bit after that and was called back. The nurse who took care of me was kind and listened to all my concerns. The doctor came in and examined me and talked about my concerns and then gave me a diagnosis and sent me on my way. The whole experience was great all the staff working were awesome and knowledgeable.
Always taken in a short wait. The intake lobby greeter efficient.
The nurse, April thorough with details and med chk list. Dr Joe appears soon after to examine, diagnose and suggest treatment, meds. Sent test samples to lab to rule out possible dx.
About 8 in waiting rm and time there 90 min.
All staff welcoming and place nice and clean with distance seating and masks.
I went in yesterday for bad ear pain, waited over an hour to be seen which the girl at the front desk told me they were short staffed.. the wait wasn't the problem.. my problem was the Dr told me I had nothing wrong and spent less then 5 minutes with me. Her and the nurse were very rushed. I felt like my concerns were an inconvenience to them. However this morning I see my primary where I was informed I have a middle and inner infection and my ear drum is bulging.. which untreated could rupture. The whole time I was in the back room the nurse was rushed as well as the Dr. I would never go back.. short staffed or not you don't rush the time in the patients room there is usually a reason why one would go there.
Went in for what I thought was an ear infection. Turned out to need an ear cleaning. Staff was super nice, quick and got me in and out in less than an hour. Didn’t feel rushed one bit. The nurse and doctor were both nice and accommodating.
BY FAR the best immediate care in the area. I came is with a problem with my eye and the physician assistant dimmed the lights in the room so I was more comfortable and that allowed me to take my sunglasses off (the eye problem made me super light sensitive). Right when I walked in the staff were very nice and very quick. I think I waited for maybe 5 minutes. I was in an out in roughly 40 minutes.
Fantastic staff…. Was not feeling well and the staff immediately got me in to help. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the nurse and the PA were attentive, helpful and took great care of me. Thank You!!!
I cut my leg pretty bad on a nail yesterday, and after a few hours ordeal of going back and fourth at one place because the bleeding wouldn't stop, we decided we needed to go somewhere else and we called here. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and super sweet, the nurse and MA were really kind and helpful with trying to ease my stress, and the doc was super quirky and funny, and told me lots of jokes to ease my nerves. 6 stitches later, I'm on the mend! This place was awesome! From the minute I walked in to the time I left, everyone was so kind and professional. Will definitely be coming here for future urgent care visits! (Hopefully none tho! lol)
Professional from the scheduling of the appointment to walking out the door. It was so fast and efficient. The medical staff was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. I received a phone call a little while later with results from a second opinion about an X-ray. A painless experience.
