Wow! What a gem of a clinic to stumble upon. I was sick and didn’t want to wait for an appointment with my doctor. Made my appointment online, showed up and signed in. The ladies at the front desk were upbeat, kind and efficient. I was taken back for my exam and everything went so smoothly and quickly. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The energetic, friendly staff is truly something you just don’t see these days and I will definitely return when I am ill. Thank you for a positive experience especially when I was feeling ill.
please look into updating your system, as it appears quite outdated. i understand mixed genitalia is not common, but i shouldn't have to choose a random sex for my chart because you only allow for male or female. if providers are to make educated decisions on my care, my chart should list the correct sex, full stop.
I arrived at 10:50 AM. Intake/insurance etc, not done until 11:25 AM. Was finally taken to exam room at 1157 AM. Saw the doctor about 15 minutes later. Then sat x 30 minutes awaiting chest x-rays. Went back to exam room where I waited another 30+ minutes for the doctor to return. I do understand they had an emergency situation during that time, however, I do not understand why, when it was not really busy during the time I arrived and all of my information was obtained, it took so long for this process. Overall, the care I received was good, but I feel like the process from front desk to the back could be improved.
Very kind staff, very Patient and gentle with my 2 year old. Thank you so much . They took care of us very quickly too, did X-rays and had him in&out very Efficiently! No complaints! I would highly recommend
I've been here multiple times for various illnesses and the staff has all been awesome. all nurses and doctors that have treated me here have been through, actually listened to me when explaining my symptoms, and provided the relevant testing for each scenario. it honestly shocks me every time i go in how good the care is compared to many other primary care doctors ive had in past. fingers crossed the care stays the same as much as it can in these challenging times.
I was very hesitant about going here from past experiences but I have to say I was very surprised with the service I received. I've been around enough years to know how terrible it can be to wait in an emergency room or an immediate care for hours before being seen only to have no outcome. But this place was serious pretty darn amazing if you ask me. I went in on a Sat morning and was seen with results in about 45 minutes. The location was perfect as well very clean, professional staff, amazing doctor that listened and helped me with exactly what I needed. I'd absolutely recommend going here in all honesty I liked going here better than my primary care doctor hands down.
I am so appreciative to the excellent service I received the fear of having a heart attack was driving me nuts.The pain all over was adding to my anxiety BUT the staff was excellent- I had a wonderful nurse and then my doctor topped it off. The diagnosis was what I needed to hear and I am happy. Thank you so much
The service was in fact immediate. The nurse who took care of me was a little pushy. I could barely finish my sentence. The doctor was fine I guess but he just shined a light in my mouth and sent me on my way with a prescription. Now I’m at the pharmacy and I’m told that they don’t have anything sent from immediate care for me. All in all, the doctor was nice but I don’t know. I don’t feel like I was actually seen.
