Last night I tested positive for Covid with a HomeKit. I went into immediate care told them I thought they would give me that antiviral pill, but they didn’t. They took my blood pressure which I can do at home. They took my temperature which I can do at home and they charged me $50. They didn’t even do another Covid test to verify that I had Covid and they charged me $50. I was told by the doctor to call my primary. I don’t need to spend $50. I know I can call my primary today was a holiday. They claim that they cannot look up your blood work from another company. I’m done with immediate care.
Im not one to go to immediate cares often. When the receptionist is more concerned with his phone and painting his nails, it is very unprofessional. Did not like the lack of care to start off this experience.
Only reason for 3 stars is the doctor. Elias or something, sorry probably got that wrong. He was exceptional. 5 stars for that guy. Knowledgeable and professional for a young doctor.
I originally came in to be seen if I have pneumonia because I had all of the symptoms and my regular doctor told me to. The nurse practitioner was very rude and kept telling me that all I have is the “common cold” when I told him that for 5 days straight I’ve had a fever of 104, throwing up for 2 days straight, and a terrible cough. And all he said was “nope that’s just the common cold”. Which ended up being pneumonia. Waste of my time and money!
From the time I walked in to the immediate care on Harlem and Sheridan I was treated with respect and care. Everyone in the place was professional and thorough. Dr. Joe took the time to put me at ease and explained my symptoms and conditions. I would surely recommend this place for expert care.
The Shridan/Harlem Plaza Immediate Care is Absolutely Amazing!!!! Went in because I was still sick after positive Covid October 2nd to October 26th!!!!!! Everyone from the receptionist at check in, to the nurse, to the PA and the X-ray tech, we're very nice and knowledgeable. The PA took his time to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I was in and out in an hour with 2 prescriptions. I would give this place more then 5 stars!!! Very clean, and professional staff. I will return always when necessary. Thank you all for your above and beyond excellence in Care!!!!!!
Very friendly service when entering the building. Quick and easy, snd only waited fee minutes. Bridget the PA was more then welcoming with an sweet and kind side to her which made myself feel comfortable
My husband was declined services after he fell off his bike. We asked for him to be checked out and the front person told me to calm down because I was obviously concerned. As a medical provider myself, this type of treatment is deplorable. There seems to be no concern for the patient at this facility. Go to Well Now instead. They are fabulous.
They were attentive and very hands on with everything I needed. The receptionist was amazing! The staff was very polite and everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you for your services.
