They lack their own Boss is the reason there business sucks. He was very quick and saying that I wasn't getting a key card for the room 140 me & my friend were staying in. Had been there 4 days. I just accidentally locked myself out of the room. When I had done been trying to wake up my friend.
By far one of the best value hotels I've stayed at. The office manager was very quick with getting my online reservation pulled up and my room keys ready. When we walked inside, the first thing we noticed was the air conditioner had already been turned on and the room was quite comfortable. Normally the air conditioner is off when we arrive and we end up suffering for an hour or two until it finally cools down the hot room. ||It's a small detail but to me, it's a big plus for them. As for the room, they were very clean and the beds/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for me to charge my electronics and plenty of table/counter space to set our baggage. ||The other guests were quiet and we didn't get disturbed during the night. I also felt very safe while outside the room. No shady people loitering around. The only negative thing I will mention that bothered me was in the bathroom, there looked mold or something on the wall near the shower but it was a small area and could easily be fixed.||If I ever have the option of a western motel again, I will stay a second time. I feel I got a very nice hotel for the reasonable price I paid.
Well the best thing about this motel was the shower and lady at the front desk. The rooms were nasty and we had to switch 1 room because the t.v. didn't work along with a bullet shell casing in the floor. The second was somewhat better...the sink was full of nasty yellow water that couldn't be drained. The other room was cleaner...but still nasty. Stains on the bed...along with a carving of a mans private area that my daughter found. All in all...115 for 2 rooms.
This place has indeed seen its better years but it us clean and very quiet. The sheets had a few stains but were clean and the television worked great with many choices of channels. Heating, air conditioning and fan worked properly. Kudos to ASHLEY at the front desk who was so very helpful in selecting the correct room for us. She was fantastic!
rates to high for the condition of the rooms. Not too bad if all you're looking is a roof over your head. Poor maintenance. No fire alarms in room.
Friendly frontdesk staff. However, I didn't like the fact that housekeeping was in my room at 10:30 when check-out was at 11am. Granted, I wasn't in there from 8am until 10:30 so that thought I had left. However, I did have a bag in there which is why I came back. After seeing the bag they should have waited till 11. Anyway, all my things were there and I got over it. Other than that, they were friendly and they all work very hard. Over all, decent stay
It is not a matter of dislike for this Motel. They are an older Motel that in its day was probably top of the line. The rooms are clean , the staff welcoming , but the wear of time is showing.
The room we were first assigned had multiple electrical issues including a non-working air conditioner and television. When I informed the desk of this I did get a mild argument as to whether I was bright enough to operate the remote control of the television which really irritated the heck out of me.
We were given another room which everything was working in and it was clean and comfortable. Was very noticeable though that the door at some time in the recent past had been broken into as the jam was shattered but we were able to secure the door.
Would I stay at this Motel again? Truthfully, probably not it is overpriced for what it is and as I have found out since were much better options at better pricing elsewhere in town.
Nasty place I ever stayed. Mold all under the sink. Ripped bed cover. Orange next to the refrigerator that had mold on it. When the cleaning lady came through the 2 days we were there she left all the trash she collected infront of our door and not just for a moment it was just there which made it difficult for my 75 year old father who walks with a cane to get in and out. Had to ask for more toilet paper. She didn't refill the almost empty roll and they all need a lesson in cleaning.
