This is tha nastiest place they have bed bugs and roaches an I ask for another room and tha owner doesn't care at all he said that he couldn't help me an slammed tha window in my face I lost $140 cause I paid for 2 nights and I didn't even get to stay 1 night cause it made me sick tha sheets on tha bed were so NASTY this hotel needs to be shut down an I'm not tha only 1 that's complaining about it tha ladies that works at tha BP store right down from tha hotel said that people comes in ALL THA TIME talking about how NASTY that hotel is
The only good thing you'll get from this place is a case of typhoid. I checked in, went and ate, and checked back out. The toilet wasn't cleaned. The floor was nasty, and the shower had obviously not been cleaned in months. Do not stay here, ever. The owner is a thief, no refunds. So a weary traveler might go here and wind up with things (disease or pests) they didn't plan on. Avoid this place, DO NOT GO HERE. There's a Garden Inn and an Econo Lodge, both right down the street, if you need a hotel in Rockmart. The Western Inn should be CONDEMNED AND BURNED TO THE GROUND.
Room smelled of weed and floors were filthy the man at front desk was rude
Nothing in room luckily we got 2 towels for 3 days we were there. Dirty rooms .
The rooms are out of date. Have bugs. But the worst part about this place is the people who run and own this place. They have been caught right outside your door listening. I had a visitor come to see me and they ran down to where my room was and told my visitor to get out and get off their property. Since when could u not have a person come and visit at a motel u rented and paid in full for? These people have really embarrassed me. And really I think they should refund my money.
Nasty room. Rented 219. Cigarette ashes still in the sink. Looked to be some decomposing food stuck in the sink drain. Outlets in the sink area didn't work. Woke up with roaches in the bed. Roaches in my clothes that were left on the top of the entertainment center. Roaches under my shoes.
If you are ever looking for a place to stay while you are riding on the Silver Comet, don't even think about this place. We were told that the room had been newly renovated. The room was very dirty. We almost left but we were tired and ready to sleep. The room had not been vacuumed. The table had soda drink drops on it. The trash can was very dirty and didn't have a trash bag. The toilet had green stains on it. The chairs, you won't even want to sit on them. It looked like something you would pick up in a trash pit. One pillow case had hair dye on it, and it was white. We just decided to get wet wipes and wipe the table and toilet just so we could use it. The toilet lid had paint stains all over it. The cabinets were missing knobs. Really, the furniture being old doesn't bother me. All we needed was a clean room.
INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! When I brought it to the owners attention he was VERY rude! I paid for a full week ($275) and was only offered $15 as a full refund. The owner is extremely racist with a nasty attitude towards his customer. He's fully aware that his business is infested with bedbugs.
