Scam artist someone was nice to pay 110 for me to have 2 days there but they only let me stay for one day then they have a no refund policy so they can violate your rights!!
The lady at the Front desk will try to inconvenience you in any way.She can if she doesn't like you and don't get me started on the Electricity sockets in the room The worst I have seen at any hotel.
Even the design of the places weird You have to carry your luggage upstairs.Go through a door just to get to your room Then if you want to get back to the front of the building you have to walk down some stairs that lead outside and go around the building just to enter back through the front door the staff will never fix any issue for you and will do anything shady just to say the company is right and if you don't like it we wanna call the police on our guest that's just trying to get a issue corrected
The leak seems to be getting worse, is it possible that there is a pipe broken causeing the mildew on the cieling and near the vent?
Could that cause the cieling to cave in?
Just incase, The office , housekeeping, maintenance. Have been alerted more than a few times..
It would be a sad tragedy if indeed the 1st units on the 1st floor were to cave in on the residents and guest.. especially those that pay until after check out... ????
Took them four hours to fix the bathroom water and my fridge and it still wasn’t fixed when I came back to my room. at night the employee had their kids all over, was mad at me because their kids were out in the middle of the night while I was driving to my room. This place gives me crackhead vibes. All the furniture is broken outside the rooms. So fun I had to leave.
Francisco and Christina were awesome. The morning lady was not very ......... Reliable and honest other than so they are on point with schedule.
So it's one thing to get what you pay for but it's another when you can't get that. The roaches here are definitely ridiculous and everywhere and everything. Everyone isn't the same and are here for different reasons. My first week here washers and dryers don't work, then was told they was back working which was a totally complete lie they need to be replaced. Housekeeping doesn't come and clean only change linens when they feel like it and then when they do clean it's not clean cause at check in you'll think room is clean no fridge nasty floors and toilet. A housekeeper came in my room took all linens and went home and instead of front desk accommodating me like they do when they want the money just kept lying saying someone will bring some. Alot of people leave fake reviews cause they don't care well I do and very very very upset I have to pay to stay but no one has to do their job here it's really sad as a paying customer. Maybe it's time for owners to sell business if don't want to spend money for repairs,pest control ect... I work in hospitality and definitely isn't the way to do things I wouldn't lie to a paying customer because I already took there money but it's a way of life for people nowadays.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Reception was alright but as soon as I went into hallway the leads into rooms the strong stench of cigarettes hit me. I walked into my room and I was appalled by the stench of cigarette and the lack of cleaning. The bed covers had stains as well as the pillow covers. Curtain had stains all over. The doors for the restroom didn’t close properly. The shower area was disgusting, there were soap stains. I lasted maybe 20 minutes before I checked out, I didn’t care that I lost my money I just wanted to get out as fast as possible.
The rooms look better inside. There is no thermostat so the air is either on or off. There is also no bathroom vent so if you stink it up there is no air circulation. The staff is very nice and housekeeping comes by every morning. It is definitely a good deal for the price though!
