Alright, honest review, upon arrival, check in was ok, there was also a security deposit, we couldn't find our room at first, then some man appeared out of nowhere and showed us where it was, that was creepy. The rooms are not appealing, but the bathroom was very clean, the ac unit was directly over the bed which was wild, the TV did not work, we killed a few bugs, there was a microwave and small fridge in there. I got into an argument with the cleaning lady next morning, we upset her because we put the do not disturb on the door handle, the bed was not comfortable. Overall you get what you pay for. I would not recommend anyone to stay here
DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED. I got here and the room was so disgusting and I wanted a refund for my stay, and I told them I would be going elsewhere. They said that’s fine, except for the first night which is fine. A few days later they put the money in my account, and then took it right back out. I called multiple times and couldn’t get an answer. I filed a card dispute against them and THEN they call me back. The guy that called me had an attitude and said that it wouldn’t be processed until 14 business days after the initial transaction, which would have been Monday 7/8. Well surprise surprise, no money still in my account. I just called them today and was told to “call back when manager is in”. I’m assuming that will lead me no where. The dispute might take up to 90 days, and I still don’t have my money from almost A MONTH AGO. I almost never leave reviews, but this has just been a horrible experience. Just give me my money back for your roach infested hotel that I never stayed in!!!
Positive: The maid staff was nice and helpful Negative: The office staff was not there at check out and I did not get my deposit back or the day I left earlier than expected.
Do not stay here. They charged a 2nd charge 50.00 (deposit). And I'm in dispute now bc they never returned it. I was accused of smoking in the room. I did not. I told the owner and cleaners to come in now. To check. They declined. Yet kept the deposit. Dishonest at best. The rooms are 2star.
This place is absolutely horrendous???? it needs a complete overhaul. the furniture and doors looks like rats have been chewing on them. this is a dump???? the owners are slumlords because people are actually living in some of these motel rooms. the city needs to shut it down! so many violations. Oh yeah. We bought our own pillows and pillowcases from Walmart. The motel pillow cases were faded out with old stains????????????
Needed a place to crash after a 9 hour drive. It had good reviews, and seemed close to my destination. The Inn was a little out there. Groped with several of the chaper? Motel chains. The place was clean, but the price was a tad high. Should have been about $20 cheaper.
Just nasty & rude!!! If I could post less than 1 star I would. I booked online and once we got the key to the room, we walked in and there were bugs in the room, the door case was busted and the bathroom was nasty. We walked directly back to the office to return the keys and the person at the desk was rude and told us they would not refund our money. We did not stay at this hotel and never got our money refunded. This place is nasty and the people are rude!
Well me and my family just checked in today and right now we have no power and I've passed by several people that says these rooms are 55$ a day
But yet yet I paid 90$ with a 50$ deposit.... everyone I spoke with looked at me like ummm you dummy.... weekly rate is 380$ ... ???? ????
I will do another review to let you guest know how our stay is overalll.. so far I'm definitely regretting my decision...
