Best WLM Reviews
Thanks to Western Dental, I have my life back. My teeth were so heavily damaged that i couldn't smile without feeling self-conscious, but now i show my pearly whites off every chance i get! Kind and friendly staff, affordable payment options.
They took off my braces a month ago, I immediately noticed my front teeth were little bit crooked. I am curious if the outcome should be really like this. They just ordered me to wear retainers for 6 months, do you think this will align my crooked teeth?
Therez, at the desk, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The Hygienest, Dr. Martin, and all of the assistants are fantastic! The whole experience was great. I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. The office may be older in appearance but the staff more than make up for it. Thank God for all of them!
The place is only open Tuesday through Thursday.
They lack serious professionalism, as shown by their inability to even simply update their hours.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get through to someone in the ACTUAL, PHYSICAL OFFICE (not the call center!!), I went in physically and was met with confusion from the receptionist regarding the procedure Id previously had approved.
This is entirely unacceptable.
Lastly, be prepared on your end to have issues with accepted insurance coverage, as they recently updated their policies and (unsurprisingly) failed to notify current clients of the changes.
Find somewhere else. This place is an absolute mess and they do not deserve your business.
(P.S.- if the owner happens to respond to this, please save your word salad apology for someone else;
I'd much rather see action in the form of you honoring your commitments.)
They really care about you. The support staff are outstanding from the front desk on back. Dental assistants are professional friendly and kind. That goes for front desk women too. Dentist is experienced and professional. Two thumbs up to western dental in Sparks Gotta say I was skeptical at first, but that went away after first visit.

So much better than Absolute Dental. I actually was able to get a reasonable appointment for my abscess tooth and the receptionist was super helpful cause i could barely talk due to my swollen face . I have to come back for quite a bit of work but am happy to be doing it here. If i call someone calls me back in a timely manner if they werent available to answer and the staff is super friendly. The dentist M Martin knows his stuff and listens to his patients and provides the best care .
Never really post reviews but I wanted to let everyone know this dentist pulled all my wisdom teeth out safely and quickly I was amazed. They healed very nicely and had no problems during the healing process . I also had chipped my bottom front tooth and within a month they were able to replace it with a crown which was only 700$ I think that’s very good priced and you can’t even tell I have a crown if you were to look at my teeth . Love this dentist office in sparks .
Don't go here! The office is gross, you can hear everyones information and ailment at the desk, its first come first serve, not comfortable; Front desk staff seems to be incompetent - they scheduled me and the day before npt only needed to cancel but also dropped the insurance I had, and then offered to schedule me as cash paying, but then forgot to schedule me. Awful, there are better establishments with friendly staff, comfortable offices and affordable flexible payment plans.
