I stayed here back in October, and it was such a great experience! First, the front desk staff was super friendly. Second, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. And third, the hotel bar is absolutely beautiful and serves delicious food—definitely worth stopping by if you're ever in the neighborhood.
The next morning, I had breakfast and decided to try the buffet. I’m usually not a buffet person, but this one completely won me over—it was definitely worth it!

The hotel has clearly been recently updated. The carpets, furniture, etc was all new.
The breakfast buffet is nice, but I’ve been staying at Marriotts for the last 2 weeks and all of the breakfast buffets were included in our room. This one was $25. It’s all you can eat, so it’s still a good deal. We had a voucher for a free breakfast on the first day because we’re Titanium level. The second day we ordered off the
Menu. I had an omelette and it was delicious! My husband got the all American breakfast and it was very big. He couldn’t finish it. Our waitress, Tania, was amazing! What a wonderful employee they have. She was so helpful, kind, and caring. We felt truly taken care of! She’s the kind of employee who makes a person’s stay a positive experience.
They have a wonderful courtyard in the front of the hotel, that’s beautifully decorated. It was outdoor heaters too.
Sleepy Hollow is only 2 miles away! We actually had no idea when we booked the hotel, but we spent an entire day there walking around. It was very busy as it was just a few days before Halloween.
A couple of things management should be aware of. There are some broken tiles in the hallway (safety hazard). There’s also a tile falling from the wall in the women’s restroom by the lobby that’s been taped up. One of only 3 stalls in the women’s restroom was not working. Two of the three sinks in the men’s restroom weren’t working.
I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Great value for the area.
This is a great hotel. There is an on-site restaurant, gym, and m lounge. Although I was notified when I checked in, the hotel was without water for several hours during my stay. The M lounge was also under construction and had been moved to a corridor on the first floor. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was great. Parking is free and them have EV charging stations in the parking lot.
Friendly staff, the rooms are large, clean and well laid out. Pretty decent gym too. They were great about holding my suitcase after I'd checked out and before I found out my flight was cancelled and I'd have to take a later flight.
We were there for a West Point Class Reunion over Labor day Weekend. So we made the facility very crowded. They had a musician on their patio Thur Fri and Sat who was excellent which also made it less crowded inside. The Staff was very friendly and if you need a banquet they served @800 in one sitting and food was better than expected. The issue I had was the bar was cash only and we couldn’t charge it on our rooms. Don’t know why. Beds were comfortable rooms large enough. The internet on the other hand… but we are all mostly retired so immediacy isn’t an issue. Dealing with fetid military officers (all the way to 4 stars) can’t be easy. Overall good job.
My room was $350 per night and heater was not working. My room was colder than outside, I caught the cold. I explained to lobby, no one seemed care but alex listened and care. And he move me to different room and upgraded room. I was so surprised by balcony. Thank you Alex. You made my day and you changed my perspective of the hotel.
My husband and I stayed one night on the way to our vacation destination and one night on our way home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The evening restaurant staff were great. The morning restaurant staff left a lot to be desired. The first morning we were there the service was incredibly slow, and our waitress often forgot to bring things we asked for, such as water and coffee. The second morning, I sat at a table for 20 minutes before I had to go to the front desk to ask about table service. Both occasions made for a frustrating start to the day.
