First time eating here the price wasn't to bad and the service was good but the food wasn't good! Keep in mind this was my first visit and we went with people who had been there twice previously and had really great experiences, I never judge on a single visit just because everyone has off days! So over all this visit gets 4 stars. I will return for another visit!
O to the M to the G!!!! I am from Maryland and this our seafood is hard to top however l stopped here with my family. Food is very good. Oysters were very fresh and the homemade tartar sauce was great with fries! Ms. Dawn was very kind!
What an awesome place to dine on my 1st time in New Orleans an if i ever return I will make sure its on the itinerary. Our McAdams Golden Age Club from Wichita, Ks. really enjoyed it. The food was on point, and the service on point. The and hospitality was a 10.
First time visiting...
Friendly staff, excellent food, reasonable prices, and a clean and comfortable environment. I chose the mushroom and Swiss burger. I could tell it was a fresh and homemade burger. It didn't taste frozen. I highly recommend Westbank Grill!
We were part of a tour bus group. The wait staff was amazing, the food was prepared quickly and served very quickly. I had the seafood gumbo and it was superb. My wife had crab cakes with creamy crab sauce which was also superb. For the restaurant to deal with not one, but two bus loads of hungry folks, was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed !!!
Stopped in for some seafood while we were filming in ‘Last of the Giants’ in Louisiana. The food and service were great! Didn’t have time to go back but we got take out. 2 dinners in a row!
Excellent service, best hamburger I've had in a long time, fries could have been cooked longer. Will definitely go back
During the time that I patronized this restaurant I was apart of a group. When we walked in the waitresses told my group to sit to the left of the restaurant because another group would be joining us. When I tried to sit down to a table with four seats for my children and I, the waitress yelled loudly that I my children and I couldn’t sit at that table because it belonged to the other group. Needless to say I had to separate from my children as we all had to sit wherever a seat was at that point. I overheard the waitresses asking why we didn’t just sit down l, another waitress said they don’t want to separate. After the other group came in there were two vacant tables. The proper thing to do was to offer one of those tables to me and my children but this didn’t happen. Also the first group got all of their food before my group did and we were there first!
