Great service!! Great staff! All the staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. West Virginia Eye Consultants have taken care of my eye exams and surgeries for several years and I never have to wait more than 15 minutes past my appointment time.
I saw Dr. Griffith this visit. He gave me a good exam and explained everything. He noticed my lens from my cataract surgery was cloudy. He was able to laser the lens and I was amazed at how much better I could see!
And Dr. Potwin has fitted me with an amazing specialized lens for my right eye that has a cornea scar. My vision is so much better. I am so pleased with my eye doctors at WV Eye Consultants.
Staff is always efficient, caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times are non existent. I always barely have time to sit down before my name is called for the exam. Dr Stansbury is, without a doubt, one of the best. He is genuinely kind and always has time for a chat and answering any questions. I trust him and his staff to provide the best possible care. They always do.
They always get you checked in quickly and you are in a room in a very timely manner. All the staff take their time to listen to you and make sure you are informed on everything. Very polite and professional
Very professional and friendly service. I was very nervous about getting Lasix but knew it was something I wanted and they put all my fears to ease. Dr. Sinclair talked me through the entire procedure which I'm greatly appreciative of. 12/10 would recommend!!
Everything was run like a tight ship compared to last year. There were three receptionists that greeted people immediately upon entering . They took the information efficiently. After I was seated, I didn’t wait very long until my name was called. It just seemed like everything was run very efficiently, getting people in and out, and yet still feeling like they took the time to spend with me and weren’t rushed.
The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The wait time was very short. Dr. Griffith was very thorough and informative during the examination. He has a very sooting demeanor which put me at ease and that meant a lot to me. I would certainly recommend him and his practice. It was a wonderful first visit!
Great experience! Very clear and well explained. Only took about 40 minutes. Michelle was very careful and very gentle. But really answered all my questions and set me up for a follow up
