Everyone was very kind and super friendly and relatively fast. Though, the main doctor that serviced me was a little vague about what I could and couldnt do with my ankle injury. When I asked if I could work with my injury, he said you can walk on it, but it will hurt. How am I meant to work when I'm on crutches, I'm a delivery driver and I have other duties that go with my position how am I meant to carry anything?! Otherwise, I would go back if I'm injured, depending on the injuy without a doubt!
They got me in pretty quick after arriving. The nurse who took my vitals was very friendly. The doctor came in right after we got in the room, assessed that I needed X-rays and that was also done quickly . Everyone was friendly and professional, a very good experience.
Had a fantastic experience with Doctor Cynthia Lodding. She was very professional, thorough, helpful and informative regarding our situation. We were in and out in about 30 minutes with her, and it was one of the most articulate interactions I've ever had here.
I had excellent care! Dr. Megan Hilbert was wonderful. All the staff was wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.
I was seen quickly. No waiting. My needs were addresses with care and concern. Was able to finish and get home to begin healing. I do wish there was an on-site pharmacy. I don't care to use ine of the big chain pharmacies that don't care about patients.
Another terrible experience. I was there when they opened and I had to wait to see the doctor. They terrible doctor came in the room and looked at my throat and my ears and said if the strep is negative I WILL NOT be coming back in the room and then opened the door to leave the nurse yelled out negative for strep and he closed the door and left. This is the worst instaCare. The location in Taylorsville is a 3 star. The doctor did not CARE, in fact he could not wait to get out of the room. IHC should be ashamed of the doctors they hire.
Baby got bit last night and I ruled it as a masquito bite cause at the time, it looked like one.
We saw this afternoon that it swelled up so bad.
My first instinct when I’m going in to the ER is the IHC in Murray. I guess it’s habit.
As I’m gathering my things to head in, my husband says, why not go to that one close to target?
I thought.. oh yeah. There’s one over there. So we go.
Place is neat. Was greeting was a nice smile and simple entrance questions. Was directed to the check in area and waited.
After being called back and the nurse took baby’s vitals, we got into the room at 1:12 pm.
Doc came in at 1:47 pm.
I’m patient. But baby being 18 months, couldn’t sit still.
Had to entertain baby for 35 min in the small exam room was quite the task.
After her screaming so much we finally slid the door open and let her into the hallway until the nurse told us we have to stay in the exam room.
Dr Paul saw us for a whole 3 minutes, if that.
Our results - an ice pack. That’s really what I needed. Reassurance.
Not a bad place. Would I come back? Yes.
Waited 40 minutes already. Seems like no staff is here even tho its open. No one has even said hi.
