We really enjoyed our dinner here at West Texas roadhouse! Even though I’m usually a vegetarian, I treated myself to a petite fillet and was not disappointed! This fillet was so tender I could’ve cut it with a fork. My partner got the grilled prime rib, which was deliciously seasoned. All of the staff was super friendly, and our waitress Danielle was amazing! We will definitely stop by again while we’re in the area.
Good atmosphere. I went at about 4 in the afternoon and the chicken i got was super dry and both of our baked potatoes were not hot. I told the server after she came back and asked so she told the manager and he took 10% off our food. I ended up taking the chicken home and ate it with some sauce to help. Not a bad place but I think if I go back i won't get chicken again. And I wouldn't get the veggies as I side. You get about two tablespoons of veggies. I'd get the salad instead.
First time here. Stopped in for lunch. Couldn't have been happier! Service was,excellent, food was amazing! Chicken quesadilla appetizer was great. The grilled salmon salad was absolutely delicious!! The wife really enjoyed the black bean soup. Great experience!
Great restaurant. Was very pleased with the menu, prices and quality of the food. Portions are moderate, however very good. Our service was absolutely amazing!! New waitress. Only been there a few days. She was absolutely on the ball with the menu, and if she was not. She found out and even said that she was going to try some of the dessert that we ordered. I was recommended to come and try. I am also going to say the same. Highly recommended. If you are in the area. Make sure to give it a try. The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. Enjoy!!
Hands down the best steak house in ST Clairsville. Definitely better than the chain restaurants like outback or Longhorn. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Steaks are always thick cut and seasoned well. Even there other options are really good. I think they’re chicken. Alfredo is probably the best in ohio valley. It’s a little bit more pricey than the chain restaurants but well worth it.
Overall, ok. Not great. The steak had very little flavor. All steak is on the menu with MP, market price. So you don't even know what your dinner is going to cost. That was frustrating. It's not like it's a fine-dining restaurant. Salad was mediocre at best. The best thing I had there was the baked potato. Never offered to refill my drink, and I was just drinking water. Barely seen our waiter. Probably will never go back here again.
I hardly ever read reviews... The Atmosphere was great! Food was terrible. I ordered a ribeye, it was soo chewy I don't believe it was the correct cut of meat. Wife ordered a meal with shrimp. It was under cooked and not even warm. The mixed drink looked pretty, but couldn't taste any alcohol! The waitress was constantly coming over to us trying to give us hints that they are closing in 45 minutes ????. Terrible experience
if i could give 6 stars i would.Just like they're slogan , Mighty fine grub !!!! ordered the chuckwagon sampler ; wings were good , the ribs were fall off the bone tender ???? the potato skins are ginormous and mouth-watering. portions for all food is generous. i ordered the texas strip steak ???? side salad and loaded baked potato . the steak had the perfect seasoning and chargrill taste. staff was very polite and attentive. i highly recommend and will be revisiting
