I had a great experience. The staff was extremely polite, and obviously well trained in all areas of their job. My surgery went very quickly, and painlessly. My recovery has been painless as well. I am thrilled with the improvement of my vision. I had forgotten what it is like to see so clearly. My thanks to everyone at West Texas Eye Associates.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Sies! The lobby was extremely clean and has a really nice, luxury vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. The staff at the front was also really fun and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel easy. I also didn’t have to wait long at all to see the doctor. Dr. Sies was super thorough with my eye exam and took the time to really listen to my concerns about my vision causing headaches. He explained everything so well and helped me understand why it was happening. We came up with a plan to fix it, and I just feel so much better about everything now. Highly recommend him!!
My husband and i both had appointments the same day within a few minutes apart. They had my appointment but could no find one for my husband even though we made the appointments at the same. I had requested to get my eye glass prescription renewed. The girl helping me started my exam but didn’t finish. So I left there without a prescription .
My appointment was at 2:50pm I was finally taken back at 4:00pm. I was there till 6pm. I still had to wait for paperwork and scheduling of surgery. There I was told not to schedule on Tuesdays or Thursdays because that’s when there real busy. I stated this was my first time and I did not schedule it, it was given to me. Staff was nice but was there too long, and would be nice to have better communication. But looking forward to my surgery.
Everyone in the building is efficient, courteous and professional. They treated me with the utmost care and respect! I know my eyes are in the best care available. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jay Bradley and his staff to everyone.
I visit DR. BRADLEY yearly for a checkup. I had both cataracts removed in 2021. He said that my eyes looked fine with no apparent visible problems! I drive 3 hours for a checkup and he's very thorough each time. Eyes are a wonderful blessing. Take care of your eyes and see your doctor.
I was in there for cross linking on my left eye. When I first went in for my consultation, I was told the cost for the surgery was going to be a certain amount. When scheduling my surgery I asked Matt to give me the worst-case scenario if my insurance did not cover the procedure. He then went on and scheduled my surgery and gave a paper with all the instructions and medication I needed to to start taking prior to the surgery along with the AMOUNT I needed to bring to the surgery if my insurance did not cover the procedure. Day of the procedure I show up with my payment in hand with the amount that was given to me because unfortunately my insurance did not cover it. Well, the amount that Matt gave me was incorrect. I was short. Luckily, I brought the paper that showed the amount I was given at my consultation that showed the amount. You would think they would honor it. Nope!!! After talking to Matt, he told me that was the cost he quoted everyone buy apparently, he had been quoting everyone wrong. You would think they would honor the price since that was lack of training on the management side. So, I talked to the manager, and she was absolutely no help and super rude. So, if you're getting a procedure make sure to take a credit card as back up. Unfortunately, it's hard to reschedule if your short on cash especially if you started your medication and drops to get ready for surgery. Doctor Bradley was great but triple check the amount you need before you start taking your meds.
I love West Texas Eye Associates I think Angie Burks is the most nicest person I've ever met she's so friendly and funny since I met her a year ago. I think Dr Bradley is the best most nicest eye specialist in this world he knows what he's doing he listens to you and answers your questions and what he plans to do to get your eyesight to see better truly a professional and the nurses in back they are so friendly and Matthew Lord that young man did a wonderful job into getting my surgery sooner he was so nice and friendly he took care of everything like a professional and he was fast and good handling his paper work to give to us and what to expect of us when we have our surgery and answered my questions very good and also spoke highly of the surgeons which was good. Thank you Dr Bradley for having such nice people working for you. I recommend West Texas Eye Associates to my friends and family and other people to see Dr Bradley he's the BEST ???? GOD BLESS Angie Burks, Dr Bradley and Matthew Lord for being the most nicest and friendliest persons. They deserve a good pay raise. ????????
