Nice place to get a good steak. The food came out quick despite the crowd. We waited 30-45 minutes before we ate but well worth the wait. The waiter was nice and the environment was good. Definitely recommend
This place is amazing. We both had ribeyes and they were cooked exactly as we asked. I like a well done steak (yeah, I know) and it's very hard to get one that is juicy and tender, but it was! The service was fantastic and the bar drinks were great.
We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was our first visit..and I’m glad we came! Atmosphere was awesome, beautifully decorated. The service was great! We had people check on us often including what was probably management. They even offered a sample of aged steak ????. Our food was cooked to perfection and the spinach dip was amazing! We definitely plan on coming back!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the West Texas Chop House, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family, thanks to the incredible hospitality of our waiter, Ruben. His service was nothing short of exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Ruben went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, making us feel incredibly welcomed and valued.
A special shoutout to Cindy, the manager, who took the time to personally welcome us to the West Texas Chop House family. Her kind gesture made our visit even more memorable.
From now on, every visit to El Paso will include a stop at this fantastic establishment. We simply can't imagine leaving the city without enjoying another meal here. Highly recommended!
This was my first time at chop house airways. I have been to other locations but on this visit we were lucky enough to get seated In Vanessa section. Let me tell you she did not disappoint. The service was excellent. She had the whole table going. More restaurants need people like her to make the dining experience pleasurable. The food came out at reasonable time and was very good. I would take my family back again in the near future.
My husband and I literally just left the Cimarron location and we had the best lunch ever! Joel was so attentive and such a delight. His conversation and recommendations were highly appreciated and we will DEFINITELY be coming back to West Texas Chophouse to see him again. Thank you all for great service!!
Asked for my t-bone medium well and got it medium rare blood was all over my steak. I asked if they could put it back for a min or 2 and the cook didn't like that. So my husband had to ask what like what happened to the steak and they brought me the steak , dry, over well done, I couldn't cut it , I tried to eat it but it was rubbery, and turned to sand paper in your month, it was hard to swallow. Unfortunately I was sitting in front of them and they all just looked at me with a grin. Horrible Horrible with so many steak restaurants you would think they would hire a cook that knows what medium well is.. they have a picture on their menu. I was to upset to complain. Definitely go somewhere else at least until this cook leaves. ????♀️ headed to whataburger
The food is delicious. They have recently priced burgers all the way up to rather pricey steaks. Because I didn't anticipate the prices or look at the menu at a time, I ended up getting a burger. It was delicious. Definitely no complaints about the burger. I did save a little room for the peach bread pudding. I am a bread pudding snob so I was hesitant to order it. OH. MY. WORD! It was buttery and delicious and moist - everything a bread pudding should be.
