Food was amazing and the buttermilk chicken with the gravy was to die for 10/10, gravy 10/10 and the vegetable were good 8/10 . Rib eye was great, came out really well to the requested temperature cook. Loaded potato that came with the rib eye was also good 8/10, the bacon was crispy and cheese was melted well. Corn buree was okay 6/10. Chipotle Alfredo pasta with chicken was amazing 9/10, texture was thick yet creamy and pasta was perfect, the chicken was cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was really good, the top was crispy and the rest was fantastic 9.5/10.
The waiting lobby has comfy seating and staff was great, I believe our server was Nile and he was incredible 9/10
The scenery was 10/10 and the trees as addition to it is absolutely gorgeous.
However the only reason I'm not giving this great place a 5 is because of three reasons. Wait time at the lobby, the unclean menus felt oily, and ended up finding a piece of plastic in my food
But overall this place was great and good spot for friend dinners and friend birthday celebrations or even a chophouse date. I suggest giving this place a shot
Was a little weary because of the mixed reviews. However, West Texas Chophouse did not disappoint. I ordered the porterhouse steak medium and it was cooked to perfection. The flavor was delicious with just the right touch of smokiness. The baked potato was really good and the Mac and cheese was great. The ribeye chicharrón had a great combination of steak, guacamole, onions and cilantro. The bread was soft, flavorful and the butter was sweet and delicious. The mixed drinks were nice and strong. We visited on a busy Saturday night and everything arrived hot and fresh. My compliments to our server, the Chefs, management and all of the staff. Will definitely be back.
The restaurant is clean, modern and chic. The staff is professional and friendly. Our waitress was Thaila and she was welcoming with her smile and professionalism. Our queso fundido with steak strips was incredibly delicious along with corn tortillas. The bread that was brought to the table was warm, soft, buttery and fluffy, complimented by a creamy, slightly sweet and soft butter. We ordered two of them. We also had the 12oz sirloin and fully loaded baked potato…excellent! I also ordered a flight of Tequila which went well with my dinner. We finished the meal with a pear filled bread pudding and Oreo cheesecake. Both are made scratch in house by their pastry chefs. Both desserts had great presentation along with them being delightful! Manager, Uriel was incredibly generous and made sure we, along with other customers were happy with their food and service. Highly recommend this restaurant.
If I could give this new spot a 10 Star I would. Service 10 stars, the location is awesome and the food well, sirloin was cooked as ordered. The queso fundido with steak was hot and super tasty. The birthday cake in this spot is CRAZY HUGE! Everyone gets into singing and having fun. GET THIS* there are two pastry chefs that work here making desserts. Nothing is bought outside for desserts,

Purse stands are so convenient for your bags great idea. This all come together by a Manager that cares what the customer thinks and is very open to ideas and suggestions. URIEL (hope I spelled that correctly) was at our table chatting and just being a good listener and awesome suggestions on desserts. Every establishment should have an Uriel in their business . Come in hungry leave wobbly.
Overall great place to eat. The food was great. Service was great. It’s great for birthday dinners or a nice casual dinner with friends, family or loved ones. They also have kid friendly meals for the little ones as well. Also, the Mac and cheese are enough to feed 2 people.
Awesome little steak house a friend took me and the lady to for dinner. Bartender made great smoked old fashioneds, bar service was awesome. Got seated and our server Gilbert was awesome. Great attitude, matched the energy of the table, ensured we were well taken care of. Food was awesome, on par with Scottsdale AZ steak houses that cost twice as much. Will certainly visit here again on our next trip out.
Filet Mignon was ordered Medium which is a hot pink center. We got a well done steak. For a steak house this was disappointing. You know it’s overcooked when the steak comes out flat instead of plump with juices.
The sweet potato was good.
Steaks are truly flavorful....well seasoned! Prices are very reasonable. Beautifully styled dining room and bar. Exceptional service and wait staff. A big shout out to Gilbert for making sure everything was perfect for a Valentine's dinner.
Great date place, but also very appropriate for a family meal...all ages.
