Well located property to the airport, shopping, and restaurants. Friendly staff and reasonable prices at their restaurant. The rooms are still “tired” even with the recent renovations. I was there four nights and discovered it’s pointless to try and get a hot shower between 6-10 am. If you take your shower at night you will be much happier. If you can get a below market rate, it’s a good stay.
The air conditioner in my room would not work, although they attempted to fix it twice there was no further offers of any accommodation other than changing room in the middle of the night once.
I would like them to have offered an upgrade to the room, having the need to move a weeks worth of belongings to a different room on day two of a six day stay would’ve been very daunting.
As it was, it was a pleasant stay, however, for a Marriott I believed pleasant was not acceptable.
I am a Bonvoy member, and I was disappointed in this stay.
I use to love staying at this hotel but what I thought was a small issue turned into a big issue. They charged an extra amount for breakfast to my company card without asking. After calling six times to managers and accounting they told me they could not credit the amount and charge it to a different card. Very frustrating and poor on customer service. I have had many hotels correct issue with my bills. Not cool.
Cool rooms, comfy beds, concerierge lounge, and wonderful restaurant! Staff is wo derful! Bartender is extraordinary in restaurant! Both breakfast and dinner were great! Loved so much after my flight was cancelled, made my way right back here. Nice family pool and hot tub too
Excellent location near downtown Palm Beach. I stayed for a golf weekend and was upgraded to a recently renovated suite (lifetime titanium). The lounge is closed on weekends but they gave me extra bottled water and coupons for breakfast in the restaurant. Kim at the Bistro provided incredible service!
I’m so disappointed with the hotel service. A renowned and credible hotel chain. I believed it to be an honest and ethical place. I stayed there from June 15th-18th. The day before I left, I left my white engagement dress on the bed, when I came back at night the dress was gone with the sheets and towels, the next day before a I leave talked with front desk, they told me that they send to another company to wash all their stuff. They assured me they would find my dress and send it to me. So many days that I called and they kept saying that they will find out. The result? NEVER got my dress back and no one NERVER called me to give me any explanation. |I even sent a picture that I had from the day before with the dress on the bed. Never will gonna stay on this hotel anymore and giving a hands up for you that is planing to stay there, it’s not safe and you can’t trust on them.
Clean, beautiful pool, very relaxing, Room was very comfortable (Wish I had a picture) I did have breakfast in the club area. It was ok. I missed the evening cocktail hour.
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Decent Hotel, rooms were clean and well appointed. lobby bar was well attended by professional staff. Was some construction happening however and parking for hotel guests at $22 a day is criminal!
