This office is amazing, I've never felt so welcome in a dentist office until I came here! I was having some extreme pain, they got me in same day. Jacob Moss was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, all around awesome human. He talked me through my care, gave me all my options. He was willing to joke around with me to help me get even more comfortable in the dental chair. His assistant turned on a movie for me while I waited on a few consults, she even took the time to get to know me, I wish i remembered her name but she was also amazing. I was referred over to one of his colleagues, Chase Richards. Once again, best experience. I had a difficult extraction, Chase an April made sure I was comfortable, knew what was happening and willing to be human and also joke around with me! They stayed late, didn't rush the procedure. I truly appreciate all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting today. They are all very knowledgeable and so warm hearted and kind!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
A little long so hang on. The staff here is really friendly and professional. They will definitely work with you and let you know how much the cost is on things. The convenience factor is nice because they can make you a crown in office and have all different types of doctors there not just a regular dentist. My only problem with this place is how long an appointment takes. I went in for a check up and what I had assumed would only take 45 minutes to maybe an hour max took an hour and a half long. Though the convenience of having everything there is nice I also think this is their downfall. Now I’m just speculating, but what I believe they do is they are also working on other patients as they’re working on you at the same time. So while the dentist leaves the room, the hygienist will come in and clean your teeth I believe the dentist is working on another patient. The hygienist will finish up and tell you the dentist will be right in with you and it actually takes a lot longer for the dentist to come in because they’re working on another patient at the same time. This makes your appointment take a lot longer than what it should. For this reason I will not be returning. So in short the staff is nice and excellent at what they do but appointments take way too long.
West Jordan Modern Dentistry is a place that truly cares about their patients and always goes above and beyond. The level of service is top notch and all staff members are welcoming making for a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Brendon Tingey and Shelby Andrus who have always been the best to work with. They bring a positive attitude, are informative, and very professional. I highly recommend this place!
West jordan modern dentistry live up to their name with different technical equipment I had not experienced or heard of before. The office workers and dentist was very friendly, communicated well and went the extra mile. I was very grateful for them to work me into their busy schedules before closing. The dentist worked well with my 6 year old son and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them as a great dental facility for all.
I was nervous about finding a new dentist after going to the same one for twenty years. My insurance changed so I had to find someone in-network. It was a huge relief to find that Dr. Moss is awesome. He's patient, explains things very well, makes sure the work is done correctly, and really cares about people. The office staff is friendly, too. Good vibes, quality work, 10/10 would recommend.
They have such a friendly and nice atmosphere. You feel welcomed each time and I've been there a lot this year. I was checked on through every step of my dental work, which was very helpful to know what is going to happen next and why. A pleasant experience each visit.
We’ve been going here for over 6 years and have had a great experience. They’ve had a few different doctors and staff during that time, but each one has been so attentive.
Just recently I had to have another root canal and the Endodontist was willing to stay late by 3 ish hours just for me. The dentist made a call and advocated for me and made it happen.
I really like that they now have an Endodontist in house so if you need a root canal, you can get that done in the same visit where the dentist makes the new crown. Normally, you have to have separate appointments and different specialists offices for the two different procedures. The crown machine they have is incredible.
I also like that they are honest with me and not just suggesting procedures I don’t really need. They work with smile generation for financing and that’s been great for us if we have bigger procedures done.
They used to have a sister practice next door just for kids that we really loved, but they don’t specialize in that anymore. They are still good with kids, but we decided to take our really young children to a kid specific dentist that has bright colors, fun characters on the walls, prizes, and someone dedicated to that niche since kiddos can be especially nervous at the dentist.
Overall, I love their team and I’m grateful for all the work they’ve done over the years.
So the people there really nice and awesome, they treat you so kind and respect, Dr. Moss he is a awesome dentist, also he is left hand so it's cool. The girl who clean my mouth was really sweet and it didn't hurt when she cleans it so she does have angel hands. Overall everyone there is amazing, I love it there.
