I recently visited this clinic and had mixed feelings about the experience. The front office staff and nurse were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely empathetic to how I was feeling. They made a real effort to provide support and assistance. 5 out of 5 stars.
However, the provider or nurse practitioner was not as helpful. The advice given was to gargle salt water and rest, which did not improve my sore throat. Unfortunately, they did a mouth swab…swabbing the infected side & then swabbing the other side. As a result I now have two infected tonsils & my condition is worse than when I originally went in. 2 out of 5 stars.
While the support staff was excellent, the lack of effective treatment and resulting complications were disappointing.

I received a call 2 days later with my test results confirming strep throat, and antibiotics were to be started immediately. Unfortunately, the initial test on Saturday missed the infection, delaying treatment by 2-3 days. I wonder if the provider had spent more time with me we would’ve come to the conclusion to test again. I am just glad I asked them to send it for a culture.
I went in there with my 14 year old son who was having stomach problems. He’s an awkward kid to begin with. That age is so difficult. Both nurses were men, they were so cute with him. It was almost as if they boosted his confidence. The Woman PA was awesome. She had tattoos and was just cool, thorough and made him feel as comfortable as one could. It took about a week but hes feeling much better. THANK YOU WEST JORDAN INSTACAR!
It was great. I didn't have an appointment but I was brought back in a short time.The staff were professional and sympathetic. The instructions were clear and easy to understand along with written information.
Front desk very friendly and helpful. Went in for same symptoms of all my previous sinus infections and same amount of time having symptoms. I was told to go spend more money on sinus rinse, Flonase nasal spray and mucinex, all cause I was told it hasn't been 3 weeks of symptoms and no fever. I didn't have a fever with the previous infections nor did I have to have symptoms for more than 3 weeks. I was told they are treating them differently from just last year. I will be going to a different medical professional. Went here cause they were open on Sunday
Terrible experience! I went in after being sick 10 days. Horrible sore throat and ear ache. Sinus infection and coughing. NO tests were conducted. Not a strep test or virus test, nothing. I also have asthma. It exacerbates everything. I was given 6 steroid pills. That’s it. I will NEVER go to this clinic again. I’ve had pneumonia 3 times this year. I was trying to ward off that possibility again. My nose is still bleeding every time I blow. My cough is worse and I still have the sore throat and ear ache. I’m so frustrated. How can I give zero stars?
Very friendly staff. There was minimal wait time when I was there.
I woke up with a sore throat on Wed. Didn't bother me too bad.Thursday was horrible, I felt like I had gravel and sand in my throat. Friday morning I couldn't take it anymore and went in to the clinic.
The front desk staff and the nurse that took my vitals were awesome. The wait time was non existent. I walked in the door and was seen almost immediately.
My heartbreak came with my prescription. My Strep and Covid tests were negative so I was told to take Tylenol and gargle with warm salt water. That was it.
I struggled thru the weekend unable to swallow, unable to eat or drink, unable to talk.
Monday morning I messaged my regular Dr. Thru the Intermountain app, he answered me back and suggested I try some Musinex.
I picked some up and within 2 hours I was feeling 90% better.
Why didn't they say that when I was in the clinic? One simple suggestion could have saved me almost 4 days of pain.
The staff is exceptional - friendly, helpful, and efficient. I appreciate their prompt assistance with my questions and vitals. The convenience of getting an x-ray on the same day without an appointment was excellent.
However, my experience with Dr. Daniel Sperry was disappointing. While he's personable, I felt he didn't adequately address my neck pain concerns. The x-ray revealed a straight neck, potentially causing my pain. Dr. Sperry suggested this was normal for my body type and irreversible, recommending only stretches, exercises, and pain medications.
My subsequent research contradicted this information. Although I'm satisfied with the support staff's service, I believe Dr. Sperry should have referred me to a specialist if neck curvature issues were outside his expertise. This would have provided more comprehensive care for my condition.
Everyone was great. From the receptionist all the way to the doctor and everyone in-between were friendly and they really did care. Would definitely go back in the future if I need them.
