Dr Thampoe has been very kind and patient with me taking time to listen to my concerns and providing the proper meds to help with my anxiety. Her staff Diana and Gaby are amazing also patient and kind helping in any way to make the appointments and visits quick and easy. They do a lot of testing but all for your benefit. If you need a good Dr go see Dr Thampoe and her staff.
Dr. Thampoe and the team are truly wonderful! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at ease and well cared for, were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking Advance and Comprehensive medical care.
I enjoy the great treatment that I receive whenever I come to see the doctor, Karen Thampoe is awesome! Also Gabby who does my vitals most of the time and last but not least Dai. Both of these ladies are so professional and show that they really care. I just want to thank the staff for always caring and being professional!

Prompt intake, effective counseling , and efficient processes make West Houston Internal medicine better each time I visit. It shows when a business, regardless of the market, is lead well because it’s reflected on the employees faces. It’s abundantly obvious that the nurses and medical technicians are genuinely happy to provide care to our community, and they must be praised for it by Dr. Thampoe , because it definitely shows.
