Doctor is so so nice. However? They lied about putting in my prescriptions for an inhaler and diabetic supplies. Walgreens had no idea about it. They’re listed as open on Saturdays but that’s a lie too. They just have an answering service that will explain to u that they have nothing to do with the this medical practice. Getting my prescriptions has been like pulling teeth.
Doctor Souza was great in the beginning and .I went today until they said Dr.souza would not be in today .I had to get medicine for my earache. As I waited for Dr .Italia he mentioned that I didn't have a appointment with him today I felt coward.uncomfable after that I didn't not like his response back .I will not be returning anymore after that .all the ladies staff are great and so respectful towards the patient s I am so disappointed in this dr.today .
I had a scheduled appointment at this doctor's office and arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled time, 20 minutes past my appointment time. Despite my inquiry about when I would be seen, the staff provided no explanation or updates on the delay. Feeling frustrated and ignored, I ultimately walked out without being seen by the doctor. This level of disrespect for patients' time is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this office.

I called and scheduled my appointment for my annual physical exam 3 days before, and I just showed up and I don't appear on the system.
I've been many hours without water or food as required for this exam, also I miss a work day for nothing!!!
I was seen by Dr.Tschen for my blood pressure and he prescribed me some medications. I am feeling much much better. Thank you doctor. In addition the office is very clean and the staff is awesome.
I went las thursday, the guy told me open your mouth, he saw my throat and he said you have a respiratory infection, and gave medicine, that made me more sick, I went on sunday to an emergency, and I just have covid, gave me right actual medication, and I feel better, they told me the medication I had from this clinic, was for anxious people. never will go here to this clinic again.
My mother has been in a motorized chair for over 20 year's from her arthritis, heart problems, and lympedema. Every 7-8 years she available for a new chair and she been seeing her Dr for 15 years and everytime she's been in her chair because she can't walk. This year is replacement chair time and the dr was informed about it and ordered her a manual chair that she can't use instead of what she's always had. When told that she was going to have to fill out paperwork for the replacement motorized chair she said she didn't want to deal with that so she sent a regular manual chair.I don't like that Dr's don't listen to there patients. I also think my mother will be changing Dr's soon.
Appointment at 10am. I'm here on time. 40 mins and still waiting. It doesn't look like I'll be seen for another 10-15mins. Horrible. Front desk staff explanation is ... there is patient ahead of you. Does that mean you overbooked? Does that mean you have planning and management issue? I will be late getting back to work. Or my time with doctor will be cut short. On either case, I strongly discourage from coming here.
