⭐⭐⭐
I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is just perfect. Without a doubt, this is my go-to spot whenever I'm in town! Highly recommend!
I don't know what I can say to put into words what I just experienced. The Pecan Pork Chops with Blueberry Chutney was absolutely amazing. The Mac and cheese was great. Even the sweet tea was on point. If you're near here and you don't this place you are missing out.
This was our first time here, and let me say I am asking myself why we haven’t been before !?! We were seated almost immediately even though the place was pretty busy. Our waitress was very sweet and was very apologetic when our food came out with our salads, but we didn’t mind! I got the fried thyme black pepper boneless chicken with Mac and cheese and green beans and added a side salad with ranch .. husband got meatloaf with collard greens and red beans & rice with a Caesar salad. Daughter got hot dog with fruit salad and tomatoes with cucumbers (ignore her sea of ketchup that she wasn’t paying attention to while squirting it out lol)
We all really enjoyed our meals. I didn’t end up eating the green tomato chutney that came with the chicken but that was a personal choice. The food quality and quantity is definitely worth the price and we will be returning in the near future!
We had a really great experience. We have dined at West Cobb Diner this past Sunday for a casual Sunday brunch, and the experience did not disappoint. We were seated promptly and Ms. Kim who waited on us was top notch! She was so nice and friendly, making us feel welcomed and appreciated; thanks so much Kim!! The food was very tasty and the portions ample. The mahi mahi tacos (blackened) are huge (so big you have to eat them open-faced) and flavorful. The sweet potato fries with blue cheese dressing were a hit as well and my husband loved his smoked gouda burger (who can resist gouda?!?). This is a great neighborhood restaurant and we look forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu.
Ate here for sit-down dinner with my boyfriend and our server Benjamin was firing on cylinders. The moment our drinks were emptied, he was there to refill them in quick order. For our order, we got a quesadilla for an appetizer and were overwhelmed by the size (it's honestly large enough to serve as a fine budget entree).
BF got the patty melt with fries and onion rings; I got the Grandma's Glazed Meatloaf (a pair of zesty fist-sized meatballs) with mashed potatoes (was surprised to be given a choice of white or brown gravy, I got brown), which I was further surprised to discover contained some of the potato skin inside (this not a complaint, i appreciated the additional texture) and also the best red beans and rice I've ever had in my life. Everything was so filling that I regretted not being able to eat more; we had no room for dessert.
About the only detractor to the meal was seeing a customer wearing a red baseball cap sporting a serial felon's name but that's not really within the control of this amazing diner.
We arrived around 4:30. The entire staff, especially Terri, our waitress was on point. Portion size and the quality of the food were as good as it gets!! If you're looking for a meal, appetizer, cold brew at an affordable price, this well established eatery would be highly recommended.
Have you ever been to a Diner that doesn't serve breakfast,? Well welcome to West Cobb Diner. My wife and I visited this past weekend and almost left because we really wanted breakfast but we stayed and we were glad we did. Our server was great, and he helped guide us to 2 get options the Turkey Ruben which was great and Cobb fish sandwich which was also great. This is nice spot to get a bite to eat. We will be back real score is 4.6
The food is generally very good here but on this particular visit I ordered Fish Tacos and what I received was ridiculous. It looked like a plate of grated cheese but underneath that pile off mess were the tacos. I could barely find them and it was impossible to eat. I managed to fish one out but what a mess!!! The amount of cheese was completely uncalled for. I took the the rest of the meal home and tossed it out. Very disappointing.
