Over the years I've been to just about all of the gyms in the area. West Coast is hands down my favorite. Everyone is very disciplined when it comes to going after goals and its pretty inspiring. I love that it's 24 hours because I like to squeeze in a bright and early workout when I can, but I'm also a full time dad so I appreciate the kids club.
Best gym in Thurston County! The kids daycare is simply the best, my son can go in there excited everyday and I don’t have to worry because I know he’s in great hands. That alone is worth 5 stars to us. We love west coast.❤️
Amazing gym! The west coast team really work hard to keep things clean and organized! They are very welcoming and make you feel at home!
To top it all off, they have a variety of equipment that help keep training fun and fresh.

I am so glad I switched to West Coast Fitness! My daughter loves the kids room and all the teachers who work in there, as a parent it’s really nice knowing your kid is safe and happy while you get to workout. The gym itself has everything you could ever want/need to workout! Everyone is so friendly and as a woman feeling welcome in a gym is such a great feeling!!
Such a great environment to work out at! Members around are very motivating and encouraging. Feel safe bringing my kiddo here. He enjoys playing at the kids club and engaging with other kiddos.
West coast fitness is the place to be. Great amenities, not too big like most commercial gyms but not too small like garage gyms. Has just the right space for just the right atmosphere.
Great gym! Good atmosphere. Some of the equipment is well loved and torn up but that doesn’t matter to me.
