Nice new and somewhat upscale section of Richmond with tons of great restaurants, shops and places to visit. parking is easy and this new development also offers nice hotels, fitness clubs (ACAC) town-homes and apartment rentals for those who wish to make this their home. Summer concerts on weekends plus movie nights in the park make this a fun destination for families and friends to hang out!
it really is a great community. If we could just get somebody to actually care of the HOA or the POA or the masters association cared about our safety. My car gets broken too nightly and I’m tired of it and my garage is full. I’m leaving this community is a great place to have a good time as be safe know your neighbors and stay vigilant. #saltypawsrva one of my favorite places along with Ray’s water ice. Some other places include Whole Foods Trader Joe’s and many other retail stores. We need more we need more restaurants. We’ve got some great vibe really really poor high rent for these people that are trying to build our environment up and our property value would go up with that.
Good aroma when you walk in. The prices are ridiculously expensive. Just hyped up store name and prices. Whole Foods prices is even better
Atmosphere was pleasant. It was extremely crowded, but everything we ordered was great!

Their 365 brand is fairly competitive with normal prices.
Whole foods is expensive, duh, but they have things I need for my particular diet. I don't like shopping there although their produce is better than most stores nearby and they have a lot of items not carried anywhere else. It is out of my way, and Short Pump is the worst traffic wise. So, when they are out of things (often), I can't just come back the next day. I'm also tired of their non-dairy section dessert freezers always being screwed up, so nothing is in the case because it defrosted or whatever. I hate to sound whiny, but I can only get so many products there, so if they only have half the things I wanted, it's annoying to have driven.
Went here for a 50th wedding anniversary party with a bunch of friends, wonderful food and excellent entertainment!
