Beautiful place to watch the sunset.
Dog friendly (in the grass dining area), you can come by land or water (some dock space for boats and plenty of parting for vehicles) and you can play volleyball or corn hole while you wait for your food.

We came about an hour before sunset on our last day of vacation.
Our order of appetizers and drinks arrived quickly.
The kids had fun playing Cornhole and there was a love band to keep everyone entertained until it was time for the cannon.
There were lots of clouds during our visit so it wasn't the best sunset, but it's going to be a new tradition to stop in the evenings at least once during our trips to the island.
One of my favorite spots on the lake. Get the flat bread and go gluten free. Loaded potato is the best.
I usually don't give reviews like this, but it's well deserved. We ordered nachos and waited almost an hour, they were very bad. The chicken was cold and seemed like it came of a bag. The one bar tender was rude! Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job until the end. We waited over 25 minutes to get the check and never saw her, so we approached another staff member, got us closed out.
We stopped here on our way around the island. They had outside and indoor seating. The outdoor seating seemed to be pretty full. They had an outside bar and inside bar. The building is historical, it was an old quarry office. Our server was friendly and efficient. We got the big pretzel everyone seemed to enjoy it. Burgers were good, and chicken tenders were good.
The outdoor dining area and bathrooms were clean. Staff was nice and very quick to bring food and keep drinks refilled. Pizza related items were good quality. However, in terms of walleye, it is definitely some of the worst I have had, would not recommend, especially for the price.
Our family has been bringing the boat over to West Bay several times a summer for many years. The scenery and the food remain good, however the service desperately needs addressed. The last 2 summers have been pitiful. We watched 7 other tables get waited on before us. For a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids we were there for over 2.5 hours. In that time we saw our waiter 3 times. If staffing is that big of an issue, perhaps it's time to look at QR codes on the tables.
Watched the sun sink into Lake Erie, sipping a cold brew. The flatbread was excellent. It was bliss!
