Came into town related to family member is Veteran and Hospice called in.
Heard people next door leave out and understand why!
Smoke is horrible and asked for non-smoking room on ground floor then tried to lay down.
I could not get comfortable and got up to go to bathroom, and I started killing roaches everywhere.
Slept with lights on and 2:00 AM in the morning and no sleep after working all day then drive all evening this is heartbreaking.
Please don't waste your money ????
DO NOT BOOK THIS INN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO REFUNDS. The room reeked of cigarettes even though it said it was a "non-smoking room". There were stains, hairs, and foot marks on the beddings and the pillows were not made properly. We even offered to change the beddings ourselves just to save them the hassle but the desk clerk said they can't do anything about it. One desk clerk looked like she doesn't want to be there and was so rude when we addressed our concerns. Asked for a refund via Expedia but the inn refused to process it. We even called them directly to ask for reasons why they wouldn't but they couldn't give any and was so rude during the call. Save your money and bring your business somewhere else!!!
Positive: it was cheap Negative: they gave me a smoking room when it said it was "non-snoking" - by the time i left, all my clothing smelled like an ash tray. there were roaches in the room and everything was broken.
Positive: Location to the main road. Negative: The hotel reeked of marijuana. The hotel staff were no friendly. The bed sheets where stained and drywall coming off the wall. The television didn't work. Under the bed was filthy.All in All it was a place to stay for the night.
Positive: Nothing Negative: It was dirty, hairs all over the floor, dirty towels, dirty Q-tip near the entrance of the room and FULL of roaches. I give the a rating of 0.
Awful. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. The pictures online don’t look or smell as bad in person. Look at the reviews and just bite the bullet for a good hotel. BUGS! Allergic reactions and hives! Unclean bedding and towels! Unclean floors! Even on a cheap trip this is not worth it despite the costs. Go somewhere safer and cleaner.
This place has gotten much better!! They are trying!! Good value . Patrick Baker the cleaning crew is incredible !!
The desk clerks are rude as hell. The rooms are dirty. Just a very lazy kept place. Very sleazy people that stay here. It should be shut down.
