This is the BEST African braiding salon! I have been coming since 2016 and no matter the style they can do it and it looks great and the prices are affordable! Thank you ladies for your talent and great customer service! I will not go anywhere else! Blessings and good fortune to you all!
Now I don't normally post negative reviews, however, I was just so unhappy with the customer service and service I received at this establishment. I schedule an 8am appointment for small knotless. When I arrive on September 5th at 8am no one was there. So I called the phone number listed on goggle site and I did get an answer. The lady Informed me that she was on her way. I'm like okay. Well 45mins later she calls me back; to tell me she having car problems. She didn't arrive till 9am. Come to find out the lady is the own of the salon. She then asked me to go pick someone up so they can braid. That person was gone be the one braiding my hair. Then to add insult to the situation she told me she would take $5 off my service to go pick that person up. I was like you was a whole hour late, $5 is nothing. Then the shop is very nasty fron the styling area to the bathroom. My braids in the back are much larger the the front and my hair is a frizzy and coming out of the braids. I would not recommend this place to no one. Also you cant tell them nothing, they think they know everything. The refuse to list to the customer. And the don't know how to do knotless very well either. On top of that other customers was coming in complain about their service while I was receiving my service.
I would've rated them a negative 10 but anyways. I said if they knew how to arch eyebrows....to make a long story short she cut half of my eyebrows off and I look like the Rock.This has been the worst experience and service I've ever has in my life...Do not go to this it the worst????????????????
They Didn’t Know The Style & Said Yes Had Me Sit in the Chair i Got Feed in i wanted Goddess ! Charged me $100 for 5 braid i got it done tuesday n Saturday night My whole back is out & i have strings of my real heal hanging out the braid
Im sad my hair could have been done better was all bad i Pay 60 bucks to get my locs done and they just twisted up my new growth and not the whole dreadlocks. And then one of them said do it yourself next time.. bad business & ive been there before so i know they can do do better. Always laughing talking in baby language about people's bad for business
Did not receive the style I wanted… hair looks a mess… Don’t waste your money
I have had my hair braided here 3times. I love the braiders especially the youngest braider. She always makes my tribal braids look amazing. I would rate the place higher if the shop was cleaner. If you need sparkling (this is not the place for you...????????????). If you just want some amazing braids....they got you. My braids are never over $200 and that includes the hair (which they provide).
I called for a 9 am Sunday appt. The lady said we open at 10. I agreed. I was there after 30 minutes I called and left them a voice mail message, then started calling other shops open. I found one that was willing. As I was getting my hair braided at another location they called me at 12:03 I just swipe them off. Thanks but no thanks
