Pretty decent place to purchase trailers. Nice people. Kenya was great.
If I would have seen one of the 3 trailers that I bought, I wouldn't have purchased it. Just a little too roughed up for my taste... I posted pictures of it. I recommend if you care about the looks of your trailer, look at them, first. I went to look at them and they had taken our 3 to their off-site location and couldn't let me inspect them the day I went to look at them... I also didn't know that they take off the good virgin tires and replace them with nice, new recaps.
Werner is definitely the place to be. If you are a responsible person and you wanna pursuit a good career in the trucking industry were you have real support 24/7 365 days. Stop waisting your time messing around, just come to Werner. They really help you make your dreams come true.
When the delivery crew saw it was on the second floor, they first said they didn't want to carry the box up, then they refused the delivery because the stairs are "narrow and broken".
This is a 3-year old building. The stairs are in perfect condition and over 4 feet wide. I have carried much larger items up than this box. They were saying this with me standing right there and they kept insisting they're broken even though they're clearly not broken in any way whatsoever.
I can't order from Home Depot just because this company's lazy driver's refuse to deliver. This is honestly insane.
This by far is one of the worst terminals I’ve been to. First of all the bathrooms are filthy like they haven’t been clean like at all with flies on the wall .There is only 4 showers and on the door it says get towels at guard shack ( I walk with my own towel ) , definitely not like the other terminals where clean towels are readily accessible .
The drivers lounge is definitely not cozy like the others . I actually wouldn’t even use it to sit down in . It’s extremely small compare to the other terminals .
When you enter the terminal you enter on the left which is on the passenger side . Which is kinda weird but when leaving you must exit thru a whole other exit with no guard . This terminal is very unorganized and trucks are parked anywhere with no sense . Definitely not what I expected and hope I don’t have to come back to this terminal . Kinda disappointing for a Werner terminal
UPDATE: Well, all I had was good things to say last time. This time we had our truck in the shop for Full Service and A/C issues. We just installed new carpet the hometime before this service and the shop crew destroyed it!! Didnt even try to put down the paper runners or clean their boots!! Ill try to add the pics. Im taking away 2 ☆s from the 5 I previously posted! ????

I drove for this Company for over 9 Years, and ran hard for them, and did everything that I was supposed to. I had a non chargeable accident in November 2023 (Right before Thanksgiving) a pickup Truck slammed into the back of my Truck, and Trailer. My Truck was put on what was called a legal hold for Months I asked them time, and time again if and when I could get my Truck cleaned out. They kept giving me the run around, and saying not right now, not right now, not right now. Months later on June 5th 2024 (2 Days before my Birthday) they send me all the way to the Atlanta Georgia Terminal (over 7 Hours away from Home) and tell me that the old Truck that I had the accident in was brought there to that Terminal off of the legal hold. They tell me that they have to Terminate me, because of the things that they found in my Truck. They found a Porta Potty, and closed containers of 5% Alcohol in my Truck. First of all the porta potty was used so that I don't have to get out of the Truck in the middle of the Night to use the Bathroom, because that's a safety issue. I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to have that in my Truck. As far as the Alcohol it was closed, and sealed, and I don't ever ingest Alcohol at all while I'm driving. Mind you that Night of the accident I blew a 0.0 on the breathalyzer, and I took a Drug Test that Night too, and it came back negative. I was so devastated, and Heartbroken that Werner did me this way they got me all the way down to Atlanta Georgia just to Terminate me, and they couldn't even Rent me a Car, or anything to get me back Home. I told them that I had to clean out my Truck, and I was going to have boxes of stuff. They put me on a Greyhound Bus to get me back Home, and I couldn't even get all of my Boxes of stuff that I had to pack up from that Truck. There is no way I could carry all of that, and put it all on the Bus with me it would have been alot easier if you Guys had rented me a Car. I feel like Werner Enterprises did me wrong with that why in the Hell would you have me go over 7 Hours away from Home in Atlanta Georgia just to Terminate me, and couldn't even Rent me a Car in order to get back Home with all of my stuff? I'm so Heartbroken, and Disappointed in this Company that I was planning on staying around for quite a bit longer. That's ok though every Man will Reap what they Sow
