Went twice during our vacation- for dinner and for breakfast. Both were delicious. There's no PR restaurant in Louisville, so we ordered too much overspent (with nostalgia) and ate every bit. The parcha juice is the best I've had outside of Puerto Rico. Awesome place to eat!
Authentic, amazing Puerto Rican restaurant. Ordered take-out. Highly recommend mofongo with slow roasted pork and the ceviche! Also had the pork with chicharrónes, it was good but would be best eaten at the restaurant. I am looking forward to trying out more dishes!
So good! Second time here and love the food. Good, authentic, and made to order. Great staff, too, with good suggestions. Always going when I am in the area.

Visited again and brought my family the place is just amazing. The staff is professional and welcoming and the food out of this world.

I’ve been craving pernil and rice for a while and this place did not disappoint ! The woman who helped me order to go was friendly and I got the food in like five minutes. Pernil is cooked perfect, hot and flavorful ! Can’t wait to come back.
It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We were here from out of town and wanted authentic Puerto Rican food. We waited three hours for food yesterday afternoon. We came in at 12 PM and didn't leave until 3:00 PM. We were super patient even though we were never served. The first hour, we waited for water and anyone to greet us. The male server was super nice and took our order. The female waitress with the tattoos was probably the worst waitress that I've ever had in my life. After an hour, we asked about our water. We were then served water and an hour later one of our appetizers. The appetizer was bland. The waitress then asked if we needed anything else. I stated the food that we ordered. She looked confused as if we had never placed orders for food, which was super scary. We waited another hour for food that wasn't that great. Our appetizers were taken off our bill because of the horrible service.
I don't recommend going to this place! A lot of customers left as well because of being forgotten at their corresponding tables. It is a shame that this restaurant believes this is the way customers should be treated. Despite being empathic for the terrible service. The only orders that were fulfilled were Door Dash, Grubhub, or UberEATS.
This restaurant is truly a Gordan Ramsay Kitchen Nightmare. If you are hungry, be prepared to be served hours out waiting.
Please consider other restaurants that value customer satisfaction in the area.
The food at Wepaa was delicious and Fresh. We all had different dishes and everyone in our party enjoyed their food. The service was amazing they have polite servers. We enjoy looking at all the beautiful Artwork in the restaurant too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends.
