Emergency room services were on point. We are happy with the care we received. The Emergency Observation Unit is really nice and the staff warm, professional and friendly. The cardiac care unit needs attention. The rooms are too small for keeping two patients and no-one is coming in to clean. The patient information being discussed in the room is not private because of the very close quarters. The staff who treated my family member were all very nice and treated him very well. I am put off by the lack of cleanliness and privacy. There’s obvious work being done in other areas of the hospital. Please allocate funds for the cardiac floor. Thank you
Got to experience both the ER and being admitted for in hospital. Yes, the ER was a long time but I saw a DR within a hour to set expectations. And the staff was professional and caring. The in hospital room I was assigned was in a recently renovated section so very nice and new. Again, the staff was professional and caring. No one wants to be in the hospital but they tried their best to make it less stressful. I am grateful for all the help I received.

Amazing baby delivery experience! Very nice and supportive nurses helped us for 24 hours while we were waiting for our little one. Food is also amazing and for every taste, rooms big and pretty. I definitely would come here to have another baby again!
Portsmouth hospital is way better. This place is just like Exeter hospital. Bad. They almost killed my first child because they wouldn't stop pumping my wife with pitocin. This was during COVID, so the nurses and doctors probably had more tic tok videos they needed to make and wanted my son out quickly. Lol they also made us wear masks too, which we now know didn't even stop the virus. What great "experts" we have.
My Son was admitted on the 25 of July for a serious arm Surgery He was there for 4 days I'm going to tell you He had the worst experience ever Mind you he's never been in the hospital Well their security went up to his room While his wife and daughter were there and Wanded them and wanded my granddaughterand her stuffed dog !My Son has a mental Health disorder and can't be alone You preach about family being part of their Recovery The Nurses weren't attentive to his He slept 12 and they said he didn't need his pain meds Sent him home with 1 script Not even a ibuprofen for pain He had a serious car accident And was treated horrible and every had their doors shut but he couldn't Rudest and unprofessional Staff ever Hope he never has to go back A actually he's having his next surgery at a different a different hospital I'm very disappointed as well as my Son who suffer from Mental Health Disorders!! This is the problem with our Mental Health System!!
Kyle and the staff in the emergency room on September 29 were very patient and friendly during my visit. I was alone and very anxious suffering from a kidney stone. From check in to check out I felt as comfortable as I could be. Thank you!
INHUMAN PEOPLE, my first grandson born yesterday and they admitted him to NICU because he got very sick. I drove over 3 hours to see him, but they don't let me see the baby, not even for 5 minutes. Wow, life is unpredictable and I just arrived there 15 minutes after visiting hours. I know in other hospitals in Boston, they will aloud me to see the baby for 2 to 5 minutes. Unbelievable and Disgusting.
