I wish I could give this location 1/2 star. Only 3 car in the line at 4:30pm and still took 30 minutes for my order. It was cold like it was sitting in a refrigerator. I threw it away and just took a $16 loss. Went to the McDonald’s 2 miles down the road great service Wendy’s you gotta do better.
This is the cleanest Wendy’s I have been in lately. Kish is amazing. She is very polite and very efficient. This was my first time at this location and I definitely recommend.
Went to stop through the drive through before work at 11 am the guy at the window was rude as ever and had the biggest attitude ever. I asked for a honey mustard and he told me to pull forward. I got to work and opened my sandwich and my chicken was raw. I called to tell the manager about my raw sandwhich, she told me to bring it back up there and told her I was at work till 10:30pm tonight. She told me to come tonight when I get off of work. Who wants to come out that late after doing a double ?? And she just changed the subject after I told her how rude the guy at the window was. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone!!
This Wendy's has the worst service in history. 1 car in front of us in the drive thru and it took us 48 mins to get our food. 15 mins sitting to take our order we ordered 2 meals and the rest of the time spent waiting at the window. Not 1 person came to the window to apologize for the wait or explain what was taking so long. This place needs new management ASAP!
Wow, the gentleman who took the order and his attention to all the details for the car in front of me and for my family were truly amazing. Of course I will return to this place.
Horrible customer service! Highly disappointed! We waited in the Drive-thru for "25mins!" They literally took care of and served "one car at a time" I've never the young man taking the order made me go to the window to repeat my order, only to ask me again to repeat the whole order! Which was "3 kids meals, one with a plain burger the other two nuggets with BBQ sauce and frostys for all three. And a five-dollar Jr bacon biggie meal with a coke" He literally could not get the order correct! On top of all of that, the lady manager was swearing up a storm with the window open and everyone in the kitchen just cracking up and playing around. I had to tell them to close the window because I had small children in the car! They also forgot to put a small fry in one of the kids meals... didn't even bother to go back. If my grandkids didn't want to from there so bad I would have left.
Not a bad place fr. I mostly do a mobile order whenever I go. Staff is cool, always nice. Great food too. Wait time can sometimes be long but I understand.
Took them over 20 minutes to get my order their was two cars at the drive through window. The man who was taking the orders was very rude, he was very snippy, did not even greet me, or tell me one moment. I understand how fast food business and service can be stressful some times. But still be respectful. I don’t recommend this place.
