I had a mobile order and had a Baconator combo with Baconator fries. The meal is great but I felt that simply forgot to top the fries with Bacon. Not a big deal but a tad disappointing. The line to get the food was long and it felt like getting a mobile order didn’t save much time.
I brought a 6 piece spicy nugget and a medium vanilla frosty the nuggets was nit fresh or even hot. Very disappointing but also reminded why I don't eat out often any more.
Today's visit was an impulsive visit, I worked a 12 hr. Day. Nor cooking!!!
I noticed different staff from my visit a yr ago. Everyone was friendly and service was quick. Food was hot.
No issues this visit.
What corporate plank told you that putting half a bottle of ketchup on a single burger is what ANY customer wants. The service here has improved while the food quality has plumeted. Not that there was much to begin with.
I hardly ever go to this Wendy's if I crave it. But, I decided to stop instead of going to the Buckland location. I ordered a Baconator and when I got home, I was so upset. ???? My sandwich had 1 slice of bacon that was cut in half. WTH!!! $13 for that crap. I'm done. The fries were hot though.

Absolutely disgusting while eating nats flew around me and my family!! The first thing I noticed while waiting for food was flies all over the ketchup it was swarmed!! DO NOT EAT HERE
Placed a mobile order prior to leaving work. Received cold food and a half melted frosty, that they supposedly they didn't have, once saying we were ok with a different flavor we were passed a melted one. Very upset with the service and food recieved, have been to this location multiple times and this late night crew had no desire to provide customer service
