I don’t write fast food experiences a lot. But on 9-23-2024 at 9:10 pm, you have a male cashier, first window, I have to say I appreciate the kindness he showed and my family. I should’ve asked for his name but forgot. Very generous and enthusiastic. The kindness he showed us doesnt go unnoticed, if you see this comment dude and you ever have work you need done, just hit us up, I’ll make sure to return the favor. Wendy’s- give this man a raise????????
I ordered a number 6 meal. When I got home it was not what I ordered at all. I called n talk to a very nice lady named megan. She said I could come back that night or whenever was good for me and they would correct it. I went back right after talking to her n not only were they very apologetic, corrected my order but they also gave me a free chocolate frosty. People are not perfect. We make mistakes. It's how you correct them that matters. They did awsome.
Everytime I order it seems something is missing, this time my sour cream to my SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE baked potato went and got my own
I recently downloaded the Wendy's App due to having better deals. This is not always true, but at times, they do have better deals on the app. At this time, the $5 meal was only on the app. It came with 4 nugs, small fry, small drink & a few choices of different burgers. I bought 5 different combinations due to feeding my fam of 4. It cost me around $23 & satisfied all of us.
We went through the drive-through and our food was made quickly and neatly and the man who took our order was very pleasant
Purchased lunch. My daughter had a plain spicy chicken sandwich with a salted Carmel frosty. I had a stack burger biggie bag . It included fries, a 4 piece chicken nuggets, a diet Dr. Pepper. Both of us enjoyed our meals.
I ordered the number 10 crispy chicken value meal large size along with a fountain drink and a junior cheeseburger. Order came in under $20. The restaurant was clean and easy to access in and out
Came in on a 15 minute break, stood there waiting for one of the three people to let us know they're ready for our order. Wait a bit longer, the employees look at us while busy with other tasks, wait a bit more. 15 minute break is already almost over so we have to head back without ordering.
If they weren't serving people, or if there was a wait it would have been nice to be told instead of wasting our break time waiting for nobody to talk to us/ take our order.
Nobody said a single thing to us, not even a "hey". Idk what's going on this morning but thank you for having us waste our 15 minute break that was a nicely irritating way to start the day.
Don't think we'll be coming back lol.
