Worst Wendy's in Miami. I gave them another chance, but fries were cold and stale, and counter was covered in "bleachy" water when I went in. Employee couldn't speak English. It just never gets any better here.
I tried their app. No curbside service, You must still walk in to get your food or go through drive thru. Food order had not even been started. Ticket was still in machine up front. Just an all around bad process.
Update: They must have new crew because the service is not as fast and friendly as before. And I can't figure out why they still haven't opened the inside, even though the app and website say that they have. Also, the salad has gotten more expensive, while the size has gotten smaller.
The food was great. It was hot and fresh, and prepared just the way I ordered it. The customer service here is great!
Dirtiest Wendy's I've ever seen. This is not the first time I've seen this place looking like a dump. I've seen people standing on the counter with their nasty shoes to put ice on the ice/drink dispenser. The food is usually served luke warm if lucky. Forget customer service! Employees who do speak English have an attitude and no training. My guess is the turnover is too fast to get anyone trained.
I'm done giving my business to Wendy's.

There was a problem with my order twice. I asked for them to fix it and each time the service got worse. The cashier was kind but the cook was upset. They deliberately did my order wrong each time because they were upset. They whined and complained about me asking to have my order fixed. I would not recommend this place to Wendy’s establishment to anyone. If they don’t like their job, they should find another one. Horrible place

The food what’s now tasty and it felt like it was old and moldy like it had a really bad aftertaste the only thing is they gave lots of fries but only one sauce for two people.
Simple burguer combo was ok. The attention of the cashier was not good. She was rude, not smile at all, not gentle. She must do another kind of job, not costumer service. So you can identify her, she wears a cloth on her dyed hair, and is a mature person, with an eastern european accent.I give details of that person because I dont want to put the same qualification to another team member.
