It seems that the workers at this location could care less about customer service. They will answer the drive-thru monitor telling us to wait and we will be waiting on days on end. It is a fast food restaurant we should not have to wait more than possibly a minute for them to get themselves organized. Not 5 not 10 not 30 minutes to sit and drive-thru only to place an order that is ridiculous and they did it to the previous car in front of me as well it seems that they have no priority to make customers happy or even to make this place functional.
If I could give them 0 stars i would. Absolutely lazy employees. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. 5 workers standing around not doing anything. Management or the owner needs to do a over haul and fire every employee.
Getting a hold of someone is damn near impossible I have been calling ALL day yesterday and now even this morning with no answer! They owe me my paycheck and I had to come outta state to deal with a medical emergency and the unprofessionalism is amazing. I was told by the GM they don't bother to answer the phone because they only have one.
Horrible customer service. They talk to customers as if they are not there for the customer! Very verbally disrespectful towards ride share drivers and overall customer base preparing food improperly on purpose and having no regard for the public very confrontational and overly aggressive
My sandwich was delicious but took a long time to take my order but worth the wait. I believe homegirl was getting a train ran on her after hours. Thanks for the entertainment by the way.????
I don't make reviews unless I'm absolutely disrespected. I for 1 say this. I will never go there again. If you are craving Wendy's drive to a different one not to the Euclid store. I ordered online and confirmed and left 20 minutes after my order was placed. Went in to pick it up and stood there for 7 minutes with no interaction from any of the employees. I asked, "Can some one help me I just have an online order." Two people looked directly into my eyes and still completely ignored me. So I kept waiting. Mind you I was the only person in the store. Then I watch and hear employees laughing and joking while I was still standing there. Now to add to it a girl was clocking out and walked straight to the counter I've been waiting at. Looked me dead in the face and bit a chicken nugget and giggled. I work in a food place. I would never in my life do something like that. Horrid experience. Don't go there!
I promise myself to never visit this location that is conveniently 5 mins away. As the other reviewers put it this location always NEVER fails to come short of customers total satisfaction. There’s always a shortage of everything from food to change $$$. When there is a problem they look at you with a glum face as if your wrong because they coming up short. I won’t be too shallow because my breakfast was hot the problem was that the drive thru cashier didn’t inform me that they were short on giving out the right amount of change for a Cash transaction. Where’s the rest of my change?! Oh my apologies forgot we don’t have any change!!! Manager asks what seems to be the issue. There’s not change for a cash transaction??? Then she hands me a dollar with a blank stare!!! Uh ohhhhhh it ain’t my fault….
The girl at the desk was so nice, I had a very bad day at work, saw that the line at the drive through was too long, so I went inside, entered my order and she did it so quickly, professionally and her smile made my day.
