Waited for over an hour to get my food. I had already had to wait almost an hour to order it. Then, they told me I had to wait so they can get things "up and running". It was the middle of the day. About 3pm in the afternoon. I was the only customer in there at the time with my little sister. Soon after, other people started placing their orders and getting served when they came in AFTER me. I still hadn't even been able to place my order yet. Staff coming in and out. Leaving the store and going outside. Barely anyone in the kitchen and there was a lot of yelling and what not in the back. Finally got up to go place my order and had to sit back down and wait again for my food to be made. Everyone the had come in before me had been served and left by now. 20 minutes go by and my food still isn't out, so I got up and asked about it. Apparently they had "forgotten" that I ordered and hadn't even started making my food yet. They claimed they had no idea I ordered but I paid for my food up front and had my ticket. Waited another 15 minutes for the food to be made, and by time I got it. It was lukewarm. Severely disappointed at the service. I've never been a worse Wendy's, and I was visited that particular Wendy's on my vacation. 1/10, wouldn't recommend that location.
The crew running this place are amazing! Every time we've visited the staff always seems like they are enjoying being at work!!! Fast service & incredibly patient with my indecisiveness!! The lobby is immaculate!!! Like spotless with welcoming and ample seating options. My breakfast english muffin is delicious and I have no doubt that the Frosty machine is working here!!!
This was one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. My food took over an hour to be ready. I ordered two things TWO a drink and a bacon cheese burger. After all that waiting I opened my bag to see that my burger had some weird deformed patty in it the size of a nickel and mayo. No bacon, no lettuce, no mustard or ketchup. Just patty and mayo. I still ate it though tasted absolutely disgusting and made my stomach hurt very badly. I felt like throwing up. The drink never came but I was so annoyed I just went home. Wouldn't recommend.
Person taking my order kept talking over me. I had to correct them several times. I asked for confirmation on my order and was assured everything was correct. They asked me to pull ahead and they would bring my order out. When they finally came to my window they informed me that they didn't have any cup holders and just started handing me cups. They only handed me one frosty and I asked where the other three were. They went back inside for the rest of my food and brought out two more frostys and told me that they could only give me two more. I said, I ordered four, and I need four. I was told I'd have to pay for a fourth one which I agreed to do and was told I'd have to get back in line and place another order. I decided to just leave so the rest of my food didn't have to sit. When I got home, there were several items in the bags that were not part of my order. All of this after paying over $70. This was the most incompetent experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I will not be coming back!
Their ability to take and fulfill orders in a consistent and timely matter has gotten quite bad the past few months, which is unfortunate because I think they have some of the best/freshest fast food in the area. Food is expensive for what it is though, like most fast food these days.
Purchased the frosty coupon book at Maplecrest location over the weekend. Went to Wendy's on N Anthony Blvd and used drive thru service. Informed staff that I had a coupon I wanted to use(kid's meal for $1.99 with any purchase) and was told coupon doesn't work. When I questioned staff, staff then said she didn't know how to put it in. Because I was annoyed, I left and went to Dairy Queen across the street.
This is the first time in a long time that I decided to get Wendy's after too many experiences that weren't so great. Sadly, after waiting for over 10 mins for my food that I just knew was going to be hot and delicious, it wasn't. I ordered 2 biggie bags, one with a chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets and one with a double stack and spicy nuggets. Everything was barely warm. When I pulled up to the drive thru, they said they were doing a drawer change and could only order if I was using a card. So I did and ended up waiting way too long for my little order. Just glad I didn't order and pay for cold full sized menu items. I would've been big mad then!! Thanks for the delicious peach Fanta though. The two employees that took payment and ran my cold food out to me were really nice too. I probably won't be wanting Wendy's, yet again, for a long time.
I made a few modifications to my order due to dietary restrictions and the staff was excellent in regards to asking for clarification and accommodating my needs.
My food was hot, fresh, and delicious!
